Isaac was super helpful in a complex pump sizing situation that required extra studying and lots of math. He took the time to do the work and call me back twice with recommendations.

Went into the store just to ask a question and spoke to the manager there. He knew I had no intention of purchasing anything and yet he was very helpful and took the time to answer my question. Noticed they had more than just pool maintenance supplies. I don’t own a pool and don’t need pool maintenance supplies, but will return if I need pool toys in the future!

Overpriced and very RUDE. I purchased all of my supplies from this location for many years. Purchased a new heater last year. Opening up the pool and my motor bearing is going out. Headed to Leslie's to buy a new Motor and Pump assembly about $900 plus chlorine and chemicals for the year another $500. As I was picking out the fittings I would need to install the new motor and pump I needed (3) 1 1/2 inch fittings to go from the new motor to current piping. They were $34.00 per fitting! I mentioned to the clerk this is definately a mislabeling but he insisted that is the correct pricing. I put the pump and motor back and put all of my chlorine and chemicles back and went to Home Depot and purchased the exact fittings. Pics attached for $2.60 per fitting. I know you always pay more at Leslies for the same than purchased elsewhere due to convince but this is outright gouging! I purchased my pump from Amazon for $400 cheaper and bought my chemicals and shock from Costco and saved another few hundred there. My business with Leslies is now longer.

Disappointed with my last interaction at this location. The assistant manager Zach was so rude when we needed our water tested. Treated us like we were idiots for asking questions to the point we had to walk out. Do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon or Costco. Prices are about half the price of Leslie’s also. Lost a multi year customer today.

Great place for your pool or spa supplies. I've bought from them here in Salt Lake and in Las Vegas. They are well stocked and people are knowledgeable. Plus if you need water tested accurately and then informed what products/chemicals you should add, This is the place. It's nice testing is free. If you need a Hayward cleaner for a pool they have it! Nice that their prices are pretty close to what you find on the Internet...even better you get it immediately!

Extremely disappointed with the online experience! I ordered a pool igniter online, and paid $35 extra for 2 day shipping. Apparently, they have a cut-off at 10am, but there is nothing during the order process to notify you about the cut-off. I found out after contacting customer service when my part didn't arrive in 2 days. A total bait and switch. After about an hour of arguing with several different customer service agents, I was finally granted a refund of the shipping fee. But for those ordering parts and paying for expedited shipping, beware!

I definitely loved the other location compared to this one. Staff was a little on the rude side and weren't real pleasant to get help from. If I didn't need stuff for my pool so bad I would have left and gone to the other location a different day.

6/16/2021- let me start by saying that we've used Leslie's by Fashion Place for a number of years and have always had fantastic service. Normally we work with Josh and he does a great job. Today we took in water from our pool and dealt with Allison. Never again! If I went in again, I'd specifically request Josh or another associate. I hate the idea of calling out one employee, but believe this situation requires attention directly to that service. Don't get me wrong, she was nice, but she offered no answers or suggestions or resolutions. The water sample was tested and came back with a handful of issues that need to be addressed. That was expected where we encounter these issues each year when we open the pool. When I tried to discuss the water report with Allison, I got a lot of "well, I guess...", "well, I don't know..." There was another customer in the store that suggested working with a different associate once she walked away- we never got the chance. Rather than going over the report with us or helping with product, her final suggestion was just emptying the pool and starting again. It's a 20K + gallon pool. Not quite something you want to be emptying nor have we ever had to do a full empty. Based on that visit, I am going to guess she either didn't know what she was talking about or really care. I'm headed to get another water sample and head to a different store and will be able to hopefully buy product there. I really would like to support these smaller businesses, but it's hard when the customer service isn't really offered.
