Beautiful store no doubt, but if you have coins you want looked at be careful the wife and son will pick up your coins with thier bare hands touching the face of your coins with their fingers thus leaving fingerprints on them. Your coins were worth anything they just lost 80% of their value with fingerprints on them
Took in an 1878 Carson City, Morgan, Silverdollar, and this is exactly what happened to my coin
I find it hard to believe that the wife of the owner of the store is ignorant to the facts of coin care So this leads me to believe there is something else going on. I don’t know. I just wanted to yell. I held my tongue and took my loss. I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else. That’s why I am posting this.

I drove all the way from Ogden to SLC to find my usual coin shop closed for an extended holiday weekend. I decided to give Legacy a try and, while they look like a professional coin shop in the outside and upon entering, I was promptly proven wrong by a young kid who told me he couldn't make a deal with me because "he only had $40 for the day." While this didn't make sense, I still asked for a valuation on my coin, only to be hesitantly told that he would "need someone else to look" at my coin. This visit left me sad that my usual shop was closed today and happy to know there are options outside of Legacy.

i went there to have a penny appraised, and, although the appraiser was out of the country and i never accomplished my objective that day, i left more educated/ informed, looking very much forward to my next visit. I was immensely impressed with my experience there.

Anna was so knowledgeable about my moms old silver flatware that I have moved for over 50 years and gave me such a great service and a fair price. I will bring more things so I don't have to pack em up!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had! The workers at this coin shop are very racist and were very rude and disrespectful! In 44 years of my life, I have never experienced the treatment that I received today.

This place ripped me off on my coins then ripped me off on an item I was going to buy not knowing I had just been ripped of I don't even want to know because it was alot then the ring I was going to buy that they only pay on the gold that's how little they give you on your rings and I know I was gonna end up.paying hundreds on that well I still lost everything because I was charged a restocking Fee and now I know just how little they pay people on there jewelry because out of all the pawn shops these guys pay the worst by alot and there pure fraud and greed now I see why they never have customers why you need a door ring to be let in with there purely rude staff with the entire family working there well you won't be in business long with how greedy you are and Then turn around and charge hundreds but only pay 10 bucks wow truly orst of all places I've ever been robbed with it being considered legit!

Seemed like a nice shop, but when I asked the lady behind the counter if they had a metal testing machine (Sigma etc) she said no.What kind of a coinshop doesnt have one? To me that is a sketchy place to buy from. How do they know if what they are selling is real without testing? How can they buy without testing? Looks nice, but no thank you.

I went there on a Saturday and the sign said open until 2 and it states online. I was there at 1pm all locked up. Bas service to falsify hours if you ask me!
