I made an appointment for 1:30pm. I have been here since then, as it is now 5:13pm. I told them when I got here I’ll be waiting in the lobby. For a tire rotation and to check on my sunshade in the back as it makes a crazy noise when going down.
I check with Aaron, my representative or whatever at 5pm, he goes to check on it and tells me he will give me an update in 30 minutes… THIRTY. MINUTES. You’re telling me you have NO information right now to where you have to wait for 30min to speak on anything regarding my car?? Nothing to report on from the past FOUR hours? Have I been sitting here for HOURS while my car sits untouched? Honestly I just want my keys at this point and to leave. I’m pissed.
Edit: I watched people come and go, while I sit. It’s currently empty here now, despite seeing the room being filled two hours ago. I’m livid.
Update: I left at 6pm. I asked about the motor of the shade and they couldn’t tell me whats wrong with it. I asked if something was jammed or somethings broken and they couldn’t tell me an ounce of detail. Given how my experience has been, I’m sure they didn’t open to look at the motor and just called it unrepairable by the noise it makes. The replacement for a shade with a motor is $1.5k so I don’t appreciate the lack of effort. I walked without repairs because anywhere has to be better than here. Not only that, I HIGHLY doubt that theyd be able to do the repairs even if I wanted too because theyd be closed within the hour. In total I waited 5hours for a 30-60min operation.
With appointments made, I’d expect there to be order. This place has lack of it.

Pleasantly and completely satisfied. I worked with Lance Barraclough and Pete Bell. I was referred to Lance and after talking to him I decided on a vehicle that fit my needs. I waited for the vehicle to come in and it arrived on July 30th. When I came in on the 31st Lance had me work with Pete Bell. I had previously worked with Pete on my last vehicle purchase. I appreciated Lance's help and he was kind and professional. My Mother and Father-in-law were purchasing my trade in. They also traded in their car. Dad is almost 91 and Pete was so kind, gentile, caring in helping them. I don't think you could have a better salesman than Pete Bell. He exemplifies the kind of salesman everybody coming into the dealership would want. We are happy with the Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray and we will be servicing our vehicles with you. As we went into the financing and paper work room (which my in-laws don't like) Tyler Anderson was so kind and helpful. He wasn't pushy and made the experience a dream. You made our day.
