I was there for 2.5 hours for an oil change that I had prepaid for, and when it came time to check out, Joseph charged me for a quart of oil and and oil filter- saying that the 3 pack I had prepaid for (I had already used 2 of them at the Ford dealership) only covered 5 quarts. He said my vehicle used 6 quarts, and after paying and receiving my invoice, I noticed I was charged for the filter also.
I’ve never been charged extra at the other dealerships. When I prepay for oil changes, I assume that covers whatever is needed for my vehicle (which they were aware of my SUV - Infiniti QX60; 3.5 L, V6; at the time of purchase). My boyfriend also has a business and a fleet of vehicles he gets oil changes done at the Larry Miller dealerships, and he has all trucks which require more oil, and he has never had to pay extra.

Akram and Jonathon were so great. Super helpful and gave us a great deal on our Odyssey. They were patient with our questions and showed us several models and even accommodated us switching colors at the last minute. This is our second car from LHM and we have never been disappointed.

I struggle taking my car in for an oil change or service because I worry about being pressured. Alex S. helped me in the service department when I arrived to get my oil changed. He explained initially what I needed done with the codes on my car- and then he talked to my husband because I wanted to run it by him. We decided I should have those services done and then I added an additional one after the inspection. I was in a time crunch but he got me in an out in his "promised" time, was very kind and efficient. I really appreciated my interaction and I'll keep going back!
