“I like the way my countertop looks and they were very efficient with the install. However, the communication was not great. The installers were late, and I was the one that had to call to see where they were at. Scheduled are busy and I like people to be there in the time frame given. I also had to call them, a couple times, to get the install scheduled. More communication please!!!”

“I don't know why there are bad reviews on here. We went all over SLC to find commercial carpet and couldn't find anything we liked. We ordered carpet from here because they were the only ones in SLC that had a great selection and the only ones that had carpet that we liked. Stockton was great! In the future we will go to this place first to shop.”
“We contacted Reid Erekson in April, 2023 , as a result of a horrible remodel by a contractor of our condo in Park City that had to be demoed again and begun over. Reid came up in a snow storm to give us a bid on a shower and countertops/sinks for the bathroom and kitchen plus demo of bathroom and kitchen and installation of sheet rock. Since we had to replace the cabinets again that were damaged from the previous contractor, Reid was in continuous contact with the cabinet contractor and the job went smoothly and was completed prior to the proposed completion date. Erekson Encounters is AWESOME, the work is perfect. Reid is old- school which is extremely hard to find these days. Reid was so easy to work with. He kept me updated constantly during the installation, and there is no one better. Erekson Encounters is who I would use again. I highly recommend them!”
“Their staff are super knowledgeable especially with really oddball or old parts! I highly recommend them! Bridget is awesome! So helpful. And Fred too. (And everyone else as well). I think they know their parts in general better than the staff at Sprinkler Supply. If you have something that you need help with go there. I use all of the sprinklers stores professionally but I feel like sprinkler world is my go-to when I have something really weird or need something out of the ordinary.”
