Randy is a legend.Very honest and knowledgeable. He helped me get my record player working smoothly again and to use a cartridge that is more widely used (so styluses will be easier to find).Full 5 stars for Interwest.

Had a great conversation/demonstration about turntables with Randy at Interwest. He was generous and knowledgeable. As an audiophile and hardware-o-phile I'll rest easier knowing that a place like this exists in the Salt Lake area.

Great experience! They were very kind and I got more life out of my turntable. Learned some more about fixing it as well!
