Edit: I contacted them through the email they replied with and they told me that even though the employee there told me that they accepted my insurance it was still my responsibility to verify that what their employee told me about accepting my insurance was actually correct. So basically what I learned from this was that you can ask Intermountain Healthcare if they accept your insurance and even if they say that they do you won't know until they send you a $400 bill. When I came here I gave them my new insurance card and they said that they accepted my insurance but didn't know how much I had to cover, but they did accept my insurance. So I got a refill of supplies and now have a $400 bill because they are out of network. I called them up and they said that they accept some plans of my insurance but not the one I have. What was the point in looking at my insurance card and telling me that you accept my insurance company if you don't actually accept my specific plan?

I was very pleased with the treatment I received from the time I walked in the door to the time the doctor took to answer all my questions. I asked these questions last year but at a different facility and felt like the answers were evasive and I felt rushed...not this time at this facility in Murray. Then i was pleased with the time the technician took to find a mask i could truely get used to. I actually like my mask and am getting better results. Thank you!

HORRIBLE customer service.Tried to get covered equipment and they say no.Reorder supplies say no. Wouldn't tell you how to get items until dozens of calls over a year; getting frustrated and having to file a complaint. As a customer for probably 20 years, this last year has been hell.Unfortunately my insurance doesnt have any alternative places to use.

Even calling ahead things were not ready to be picked up as stated in the call. Driving far distances for no reason. Very frustrating and overall disappointing.

Only reason I give 4 stars is because their address on both yelp and google is incorrect. The correct address is:154 E Myrtle AveSalt Lake City, UT 84107United StatesOther than that, because I'm already an inter mountain patient, they had all my info and the prescription in the system and I was in and out in 5 mins

Edit: It’s been about six months since my initial visit and I needed to go back in for issues with my Cpap. I met with other employees and it was a completely different experience. They were so helpful and accommodating. I felt well taken care of and they were so nice to my baby too and gave her stickers and talked to her while I worked out what I needed. They also did everything they could to take care of the problem as painlessly as possible and I was very grateful.———————————————————————————-They were very unkind and gruff with me the whole time. It was my first time getting a cpap and i was nervous and they just made it all worse.

Today was my first time at the new location on Myrtle Ave. Got in at 830 right when they opened. You normally have to take a number if they are busy, but I got helped right away. Debbie was very helpful and got me the things I needed. Spent about 30 min there.

I have been paying out of pocket for what I needed.Debbie was so kind and wonderful to suggest that Insurance may cover what I need however have been told different in the past. She was able to look it up, see what I was purchasing was covered as well as what I was getting that day insurance could pay for. Also told me the procedure for the future to have them covered. Not encountered this before on visits. So wonderful to have encountered such a wonderful kind helpful person that makes the effort and being able to save a significant amount of money

Very rude workers. They don't listen and ended up giving my mom the wrong equipment. She came back the next day to get what she needed. Took her an hour to get the right equipment. They didn't listen and were nothing but rude.Stay away!
