I left Impulse Offroad not too long ago. It was my first time there. I drove from Santaquin to their facility. And MAN!!! Im super impressed. A special shout out to Jayden(hope I got the spelling right). Everyone was nice but he went above and beyond. Got a tour and went over the work I’m getting on my FJ. Wheels, tires, lift, UCA, lighting, etc.

I got my suburbans front end worked on and got a 4 1/2” lift on it about five months ago. I have put close to 3,000 miles on it on and off road and it’s held up great. They were honest and up front with everything I needed done on my truck. They took the time to get it done properly. They also topped off all fluids and lined the bottom of my vehicle. I recommend them to anyone looking to get their off-road vehicles worked on by professionals.

Sorry, I guess all they do is wheels tire and suspensions. Spent thousands for a Roll n lock bed cover and BedRug, they refuse to read ANY instructions and butchered the install. Now I have to live with it, live n learn here in Salt Lake I guess...

It took TWO days to get tires mounted/balanced and an align the front end on my truck. Service writers over promise and techs hold no accountability for damage to your property. Based on other reviews written by people who don’t understand their vehicles this place seems great but for me, as for someone who dose (Im a machinist, fabricator and mechanic) but doesn’t have access to certain tooling I hate having to rely on people who don’t take pride in their work and I felt as though this place is just like Big’O but they happen to install suspension. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Can’t say enough how great this shop is. I’m slowly piecing together a Tacoma build and Ethan has been flawless in answering all questions and providing quotes so I can properly plan out the financials behind the build. The quality of the work is superb and you can tell everyone in the shop has a genuine passion for the off-road/overland scene. I look forward to continuing to utilize the phenomenal skill sets of all the members of the great team over at impulse!

I was very happy with the communication, scheduling, speed of service, and finished stance on my 4Runner. The lift + wheel/tire combination created the look I wanted for over 6 years. Impulse Offroad staff (Travis, John, team) were exceptional start to finish. I highly recommend this shop for custom 4x4 work.

I'm bad with names but believe it was Corey who helped me. He helped me get my current tires patched and pick out my next set of tires and rims. Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Great prices even checked around elsewhere no one could beat it.Second reviewWas working mostly with Dave this last time and they helped me track down a part for my truck that has been out of stock for a while. They didn't make a dime in finding it for me but I was very excited to hear they tracked down what I was looking for. This is how you keep customers 100% recommend this place. Great people and work.I did get my rims and tires and couldn't be happier.

Found my new place for my Toyota. I Went to Impulse Offroad for Lifting-Lowering and Alignment. CoreySanders, Travis and the rest of the guys in the shop do top quality work with exceptional customer service. They did a good job, really nice People and good Service
