I wanted to write a note about Dale, our care giver. We were so lucky to have him help our elderly parents. Dale is a hard worker, he is kind and generous and above all he puts love into everything that he does. Dale did not just have one "difficult" client, he had two. One had difficulties with mobility, eating and bed bound. Our other parent had more emotional difficulties. He handled them both with the upmost respect and grace. Dale truly became part of our family. We feel his absence already. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. You have a gem working for you. Thank you for letting him be with us.

This is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for! The hours are flexible and the bosses are reasonably accommodating . The clients are all wonderful and the pay is fair. I’ve never had a more compassionate, understanding boss than I have here, and I never feel overworked anymore! 10/10

I’ve been nothing but pleased with HomeWell from start to present. From the first phone call with Karli, they were top of my list to find compassionate caregiver services for my mother. When I met with Karli and Thad for our initial interview, what resonated was their professionalism, compassion, and confidence that they could meet our needs. I also met both caregivers, Tracy & Lia, who are so wonderful with my mom and genuinely seem to love what they do. It’s only been about two months, but I couldn’t be happier to be using HomeWell caregiver services for my mom.

HomeWell is amazing. My mother has not been a client for seven months. I needed help and records of all of her care for a VA benefit. I called and talked with Bree and she had the information to me via email within an hour. They were fabulous when we were receiving care and the office even months later is still so helpful. Best Home Care company in Salt Lake area.

HomeWell was referred to us for for our eldery father after a hospital and rehab stay.They were at our home with-in a day, and the staff as well as the owner Joel have been amazing.Many of his aides speak different languages as well as English, and as they have helped him with his daily exercises he is having fun as they count in many languages for him, he is trying to learn how to count to 10 in several languages.When you have a parent with Vascular Dem/ALZ you worry about how they feel about who is with them. He has gotten along with each aide that has come over they put a smile on his face and his eyes twinkle. I highly recommend this business.

We hired Homewell after doing telephone interviews with about five companies and after comparing Homewell's contract with the contract of another company (the runner-up).We were beyond satisfied with Homewell. The key ingredient was the caregivers they sent and the efficiency of the office operations/scheduling. The four main caregivers (two at night, two daytime) were incredible. They two daytime caregivers took on additional tasks, including cooking, organizing pantry and spice cabinet, vacuuming, and as an added bonus, typing family histories I was trying to preserve.The two night time caregivers were very patient and compassionate and had the ability/strength to manage a patient who was losing her ability to transfer and swallow. They provided significant emotional and psychological support. Our mom (who did not have dementia) had nothing but good things to say about them.I (a daughter) was living in the house the entire period of our mother's decline and death. I interacted every day with the caregivers and frequently with the Homewell office. The experience is highly dependent on the availability of good caregivers, but I would recommend this company.

I love working for HomeWell Senior Care, because I take care of some amazing elderly people. I also love that I supervise our caregivers and personal assistants and teach and train them to succeed. We are like a family and we all enjoy working together and for our wonderful clients.
