Two new tellers at Midvale went the extra mile to arrange for the Murray branch mgr to drive to Midvale to open an account for us. Becky arrived in 10 minutes, demonstrating amazing customer care!! Never been better served!

GoldenWest was the worst credit union I have ever had the displeasure of banking at. For a full year, I tried to make it work, but they never stepped up.They constantly disconnected my checking account from my PayPal and my Discover credit card; payments to these were always getting denied and I was always having to re-add my account. Direct deposits constantly bounced from my account.The final straw was being told that a $200 check from Discover would take two weeks to clear. I walked out into another bank on the block, opened an account, and deposited the check there. I haven't looked back.Good luck, GoldenWest. You're gonna need it if you don't fix your business model.

Worst experience EVER!! The guy that helped me said "I'm not saying you did, but people can sign checks over to themselves" then went to the manager and they denied me cashing my fiance check when I have cashed many times before!! I've only had an issue here! Rude and unprofessional!!

Poor customer service, Adrian was so condescending and rude! They’ve certainly lost my business. Customers are what keeps any credit union in business and every interaction counts, so hopefully for them this is an isolated experience.

Great customer service. Our teller was a really nice young gentleman. My Mother is extremely hard of hearing and they were very patient and accommodating.

Would not recommend! Very slow. Very incompetent. They always seem like they aren’t sure how to deposit a check or cash. They charge fees for mobile check deposit on a business account.

Never had a bad experience. I get all the lones I ask for at good rates, and quickly. My car, bike, and truck are all loaned here. Gwcu Insurance services got me significant discounts on my auto insurance. Gwcu makes it too easy to bank, I can't even imagine using another institution.

Horrible bank, I used to think they were great until I figured out what they were doing with my account. They were controlling when transactions would clear my account so they could try to hit me with as many over draft fees as possible. They also were changing my primary email address to someone else’s email address that wasn’t mine. There was only 3 employee’s that even worked there. My monthly statements did not match what was shown online in the app or on the E statements. They also kept processing transactions in my account after the account was closed permanently.

I went to GoldenwestCU looking for a competitive loan to help me buy out my lease. Shanelle at the Murray Branch was very helpful. I was stretched for time so when it came time to sign papers she offered to email them to me and have me sign them online. I got a great rate and the whole process was smooth and easy. A very positive experience.
