The lady working missed patches of hair on my side using a zero. Clearly wants you out of the chair as fast as possible. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else. Zero stars.
Edit- I must of got the same lady that Dennis did 2 weeks ago from other review.

I wish I could post a pic of how the girl left bald spots on the back of my head. I want back this morning and she said those aren't bald there just blonde hair there. I'm not even blonde. I highly suggest NOT to go here . She wanted to cut my back to even it out which means half of my head would be bald. This is one of the older women there don't do it.

Went into Taylorsville location asking for a trim around the sides, twice said I didn't want anything off the top. Lara was my stylist. When asked if she could blend the sides she told me she only point cuts. I left with uneven sides and 2inches very uneven off the top.

i had hair half way down my back asked for half an inch off and she kept cutting the sides uneven and now my hair is just passed my ears and i can’t put it up for cheer im not happy and it was wrong
