Hardly ever disappointed in my haircuts here. They always send me coupons as well making it well worth the price. Not a big fan of spending over $20 for a haircut

My stylist was great. I showed them a picture of a previous trim I received from a stylist that almost charges 3x the amount and in my opinion they did a better job with better service. I was easily able to tip $25 because I felt I saved money going there then spending 3x the amount and having to tip on top . Thank you for the excellent service!

Easy to check-in on the app. I waited less than 5 minutes once I got there. Good vibe. The stylists welcomed me in and were polite. Kim was my stylist and she gave me a great haircut. I asked for a short A-line, with weight taken out in the back, and layers. I also asked for wispy/jagged bangs which I don't normally get and she executed it well. They rose the price from $18 to $21 unfortunately.

Asked for blunt Bob. Told the woman cutting my hair that it's not even. She said, yes it is, I checked it.Well, here it is.Also, what's up with signing in online and the app saying 0 minutes, no one ahead of you. And then arriving to a 40 minute wait?

She ruined my hair, I have a wolf cut and she tripped it just fine. I asked Julie, the hairstylist o take just a little more off the bangs and next thing knew she gave me straight across bangs. I was still explaining and my hair had been cut. I had way shortner hair in the front that I wanted and it was uneven to the rest of my hair. I didn't know what to say so I asked if she could even it out as a last chance to fix it but there was no going back. I'm never coming here again, worst hair cut in my life. Oh and she was very rude in the first place, seemed like she thought she knew what I wanted before I did.Service: Haircut

I have been going to this location since I moved here and I have always been pleased with my cut. Yesterday, however, I don't know if the hairdresser was having a rough day but she was so rough on my head. My hair honestly feels thinner today because of it. Not only that but I have a mole on my scalp I thought she was going to rip it out with the force she was using. In addition, the conversation was really just an uncomfortable experience. Probably will go again, maybe a different location, regardless, I will ask for a different hair dresser next time

I'm a disabled military vet & senior citizen & have been going to the GC-Murray, Utah store for several years & normally get the military or senior haircut. I recently rec'd a GC Utah email coupon for $8.99 for a haircut. I called the Murray store to verify, & was told they will accept it, & it's a valid single use coupon. I went to the store & showed Tracy (an employee) the email. She showed me how to get the 6 digit code & once obtained, I showed it to her & she said I'm set now. After I got my haircut from another worker, I was now told by the woman that cut my hair that the coupon code is not valid. She claimed the best she could do is charge me $16, which is nearly double the coupon price. This appears to be a bait & switch type of fraud, tricking customers into thinking that they can get a haircut for $8.99, then forcing you to pay nearly double after they finish cutting your hair. It appears that that Great Clips is promoting a scam.
