Took my family in today shopping we bought a good amount of stuff but when we got to the register this happened:Chashier was very determined to open every disc to make sure they were there, mentioning had 8 occasions were people are dishonest. I was not though and that offended me. Second most of the children's items individual toys don't have tags. He refused to price check a small children's item he could've called a manager for that one or a price check employee. However he sold the dvds with no tag makes no sense. Didn't ask if we had discounts, we felt unwelcomed by all the employees who I spoke with today including management. Being brown is hard enough and being treated like that with your family is not ok made me feel like I was doing something wrong. And third management knows that they are displaying wrong prices, the correct thing is to honor that price because that would be considered stealing from your part when it's a different price at the register. She says I'm going to remove it and that is it no acknowledge to the customer only subtle mistreatment towards customers service. Not shopping there again. Think twice before taking your family here

Just got off the phone with my mother & she told me how much she loves this store & all the employees she interacts with. My little brother is autistic & my parents depend on thrift stores as a way to get him out of the house & let him browse toys. A free activity, a way to have him physically out and about. He is nonverbal, very loud at times & he obviously has a routine that brings him comfort. My parents are older, my mother is much smaller than my brother, sometimes it’s hard to soothe him, sometimes he gets upset. But my mom just told me how many employees treat them inside the store, with compassion, with patience, with kindness. She loves it when they see them come in the store and one particular employee yells my moms name. I do not live in Utah anymore, but I am comforted to know there are kind open minded people out there. That my family is treated well by strangers. We have a strained relationship & I’m unable to be there but I always want them to have a good life. Thank you guys so much for giving my parents & my brother a safe place, something positive to look forward to almost everyday. ♥️

I would love to leave a review. I'm a senior citizen who has thrifted all over the country and parts of Europe. This Goodwill is my most favorite. I always find a treasure and the employee are very very nice. I'd love to give a big raise for their diamond brillance in customer service.. If they read this, I'm the lady in pink who comes with my sister. You probably hear us laughing. Anyway. I also reallyappreciate how all Goodwills have standard pricing. Example: 4.99 for sweater . It helps even out the playing field. If that makes sense.? Savers is rotton tomatoes. Example:: If a pair of active wear has a name brand sewn inside. They put 11.99 on price tag. More expensive than the brand new things. I understand that some items go on line for bidding. That's great. It's just nice that in the stores a person can plan accordingly to their budget. I could go on and on, but will close with a big THANK YOU.And I hope to see you soon.Sincerely.Kat. Burns.

Some items at all the goodwill stores are price marked way too high! They sell used men's tshirts one dollar less than Walmart sells theirs for brand-new!

I've been going to this Goodwill for years and have always prided myself on being a pleasant customer. I've donated tons and tons to this location, always cleaned up after myself when shopping, even picking up clothing items others have left fallen under the racks, or taking misplaced items to their section if I find them and happen to be going that way.I usually take 5 items at a time into the dressing rooms, and leave the room cleaner than when I went in, but have noticed other customers taking their entire carts into the rooms, and so I would do the same from time to time with no issue. I had maybe 12 or 13 items today, and after one employee kindly opened a room for me, I went to push my cart inside and another employee screamed at me from the registers and told me not to take the cart and only 5 of my items. I apologized and sheepishly parked the cart outside the room. I started hanging up some of the clothes so I could pick certain outfits to try on together, and while checking out another customer she screams at me again, so loud I saw people from the back of the store turn to see what was going on. I told her I was just deciding what 5 I would take in at a time and she fell silent. I was mortified, and she continued to glare at me each time I left the room to grab more items from my cart. I understand she was just doing her job, but if she was concerned with upholding this rule, she could have privately counted my items instead of losing her mind from across the store over items that Goodwill receives for free, and has been dramatically over charging for. I am autistic and have ptsd and had to take a moment to calm down in the dressing room before purchasing my things and leaving. Goodwill's practices as a franchise have made me reluctant to shop there, but I had made an exception for this store because I generally like the employees and items. It had been a happy place for me for a while, but this employee taking her bad day out on me was the push I needed to stop shopping there.

I go to this location several times a month, I was there this past Wednesday 11th for the 50% off sale.I like to go through the sections, add what I like to my cart, then go through each thing to check for flaws, stains, holes etc, & whatever I do not take I always put back in the hanger and back to their corresponding section. My cart was very full and apparently 2 female employees did not like this.I was approached 3 times & accused of leaving the store with my cart full & leave the mess for them to organize.I explained that I was planning on buying at least half of what was in my cart & that I will hang back everything I decide not to take. The third time I was approached by the same person, she told me that now they will remember me and I will be banned from the store for leaving a cart full of stuff... I told her I was still shopping I was not leaving, and again I explained that I will hang back everything I decide not to buy, but she kept going on about how other people always do that & I will be banned from shopping there, I don't know if this person thinks she's a clairvoyant or she has a crystal ball, but it was extremely rude to accuse me of doing something that has not even happened yet. I told her that I wasn't done shopping, and that if I leave the store without hanging the stuff from my cart that I did not buy, then she can ban me, but otherwise to stop threatening me, she left me alone finally, but kept staring at me until I left, it was extremely uncomfortable to shop this way, definitively never going back to that location. To add up to this, they increased the prices on everything, some categories up to double, pre-owned donated clothes with stains or holes for $13.... plus their horrible employees... yeah not for me again.

Fair enough prices on some things (you have to dig for the treasures and go often), employees were friendly, and the store is incredibly well organized compared to other thrift stores I've been to. Will definitely be returning!

Smaller store with average prices. There are a few good deals, but not a big variety.

DO NOT DONATE HERE! We took items here to donate today, including some nice potted fake plants. For whatever reason the person working there decided they didn't want them and just threw the entire box toward the dumpster, shattering all the pots. Had I been told they couldn't take them, I'd have taken them back to try to find them a new home elsewhere. The sole purpose I donate is to keep things out of the landfill that still have life in them. I will never donate here again!

This goodwill is very hit or miss. The older ladies working here are so very sweet and genuine. There is this older man who I think was a manager of some sort who was incredibly rude. I was walking around looking for someone to open a fitting room for me and when i came across him before i could ask the question he was glaring at me. I simply and kindly asked him if i could get a fitting room and he snapped back telling me how many people needed a fitting room like i was supposed to know. You really never do know what someone is going through which is why i would like to say he was just having a bad day. But bad days aren't an excuse for being rude. You can keep your kindness through whatever goes on.

Customer service is not a priority at this particular Goodwill. A couple odd things happened during my most recent visit. While my boyfriend checked out some knick knacks, I had hung up some clothing items in the same aisle that I was looking over and deciding which ones to purchase. All of a sudden, two of the shirts got snatched off the wire shelving directly in front of me. At first, I thought it was another customer. No, it was an employee! I told her those were mine and I may purchase them. She stared at me like a deer in headlights, then walked away without saying anything, much less an apology. I appreciate a tidy store, but I was literally right there next to the clothing chatting to my boyfriend about the shirts. Later, we were in the CD section and all of a sudden half the store lights were turned off. We thought they were closed and headed to the register. On the way, an older lady asked an employee (the manager?) if they were closed and he said they close in 20 minutes. I didn't hear her next response, but his follow-up was grumbling, "we want to go home" as he walked away from her. This behavior was just flat out rude and unwelcoming. If you hate your job, don't take it out on customers. Keep in mind, there were maybe a few other customers in the store; they weren't busy at all. Silver lining, the racks were sparse, but they did have some nice merchandise.

Clean store with great selections and quite a bit of Christmas stuff.
