I had to return several items from three online orders so I let several people with fast purchases go ahead of me in line since there was only one cashier. Haylie was SO patient, helpful and efficient. I was dreading the experience but it turned out easy.

I had a return just before closing this evening. I felt terribly about going in so late but Paola assisted me and was so gracious. I was worried that it might be a not great experience at the end of a long day, but she made it a breeze. Also, the store was impeccable, especially given that it’s the week before Christmas. Thank you for having great employees like Paola.

First experience with forever 21. Not great! Ordered kids gear online and had the option for store pick up!! Went in to get and nothing. Store manager was nice but could not help. They mentioned this is very common and they do not have kids items in store but online allows for purchase and store pick up. Don't show things available for in store pick up when they are not.. Figure it out and stop wasting everyone's time.

Today I was told your employee are not allowed to tell customers their name. Because corporate told them. Your employees are not allowing anyone in the store 10 minutes prior to close. The store is absolutely trashed.

Returning online purchases is easy here. There clothing sizes are sometimes off. I wished the size were all standard plus more xs's.

Apparently they can’t do online refunds or returns because their software has been broken for 1 month. 1 month!!!! So now I’m paying $6 to ship my return back.

I can’t even begin to describe how unimpressed I am. I will never shop there again and everyone I know is no longer going to shop there. I was trying to try on, and most likely buy a coat on a mannequin, and the guy working there came up to me and aggressively took the coat out of my hand to put it back on the mannequin. He then, in a unbelievably rude tone explained that you can’t buy display clothes cause corporate wants the mannequins to look a certain way. I asked him if I could buy the coat and he said no ? tell me why the clothes on the mannequins have a tag and a price if you can’t buy them? That was the only coat left and it was even marked down a bit. These idiots took the time to mark down a coat you can’t buy. Not even kidding the people shopping around me looked at him appalled and disgusted too. I genuinely hope they lose all business because they won’t sell their clothes(on display ?) to the public. Oh and FYI his name was Chris

It's a forever 21 so your expectations shouldn't be high lol. Super chaotic and cramped all the time and stuff everywhere. That being said, the City Creek location is miles ahead in terms of cleanliness and organization. The employees are really nice though and several of them worked together to find a package for me that had been shipped to store but had a wrong label on it.

There was a long line and there were at least 6 employees I saw walking around in the store, and they couldn’t open up another register. So rude and inconvenient to other peoples time. This is why I stay going to the city creek location.
