Horrible customer service from Dave. I’m assuming because I’m heavily tattooed, I wasn’t deemed worthy of being assisted when I asked for help. I stood in line for over 15 minutes as the first person in the store. The self service stations were frozen, and the employee completely ignored me and many others and helped someone who came in after all of us. Left to go to a different store that could handle the difficult task of printing a sheet of paper.

It’s your standard FedEx place, only this time is run by unpleasant unqualified people. If you use their printers to print a document in color, it will always print with a discoloration band across the page due to poor Maintenance or just inadequate over used machines that don’t get any maintenance or checks in quality of print . This has happened in many documents. I printed there, they always come out the same, colors all wrong. I don’t recommend this place at all for print jobs.

Bad customer service. I wanted to sent a package and all I heard were reasons not to send it! I have to go to USPS and they were helpful, kind and knowledgeable !! Will not come back to this location from the front desk helper to the manager! 😡😡

Work had me sending out a ton of crossbody bags to remote workers. Like a list of 15 addresses. Dallan FLEW through my address list and had me in and out super quick!

Very poor customer service. I needed some help and one worker was not able to totally help me so her fellow coworker had more experience and stepped into helping me. He said a word or two, told me to wait…alto be ignored and not come back to; although I had made myself clear. So I was unable to follow thru with any copies. The lady told me my card had been declined due to the problem of not being able to copy and not to worry; it wouldn’t be charged. I ended up walking out after being ignored. THEN!!! I get home and $5.00 has been charged to my debit card with absolutely nooo service!!! I’m very shocked and angry for such service and intend to go back in for my refund.

Trying to use the computer station is a nightmare. Employee gave me inaccurate information about the cost of what I was printing. Print job didn’t come out right but I didn’t feel like paying for it all over again. Decided to just go somewhere else

I am upset that Kinkos charges me $2.50 if I walk in and ask the team member to print something for me. I have to use the website because of this. I am upset about the difficult of use your website presents. Your website is extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly AT ALL. I am upset that I have already paid for my order, but when I go to pick it up I have to wait 20 mintues to get it. Why can I not just grab it and go? It is already paid for, why do I have to wait so long to get it? I am upset that your store did not give me a receipt, so I am unable to do the survey. I am upset that I called the number that is online to make a compalint and that department is closed. No one who I talked wo could give me the web address to go online to take the survey about my experience. The web address is on every receipt, but I was not given a receipt in order to have that address. I am upset that one of the customer service representitives I talked to hung up on me. I am upset that there is no feedback at the end of calls to your representives. I am simply trying to make copies and it has taken 3 hours of my time. ABSURD!
