the 3 employees up front today 10/15/23 at 4:30 today were super rude and very unwelcoming. costumers asked a simple question and the 3 of them all teamed up at different times bashing on the customers and gave them attitude when answering the questions and gave them no hope by saying things like “no where in utah do they have them”, “we will NOT be getting them”. and speaking in a very rude way towards them and answering the questions. after the customers left they all mocked and made fun of the questions that were asked. super rude and i will not be coming back to this store.

I walked in to the store looking for a jersey. And the manager said he didn't want the jersey in his store but in a rude way and walked away and had to talk to another associate and he was amazing on handling with other customers

They lie to you and when you ask to talk to a manager they hang up on you. Never had such terrible service in my life.A couple years ago I bought a bunch of broncos championship gear. It didn't fit so I went to take it back and they said it was all sales final. I said that was never told to me at the time of purchase. The manager argued with me for like an hour. So I finally asked if another store would take it back. So he called another store and they told him he was wrong and that he had to take the merchandise back.The people just lie. They push you off because they just don't want to deal with you. If I hadn't pushed back, I would have just got stuck with $200 of merchandise that doesn't fit. Just goes to show that business will try to rob consumers blind.

KINDA SAD KNOWING THAT OTHER RESELL SHOPS WITHIN THE MALL WILL COME IN BUY ALL THE HATS AND RESELL LITERATLY AT THE SAME MALL FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE! . AT THIS POINTS ITS A MONOPOLY. YOU GUYS ARE LETTING THE SHOP OWNERS RUIN THE CULTURE BY LETTING ONE PERSON THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT DOUBLING HIS MONEY WALK OUT WITH ALL OF EM! I USED TO COME IN TO GRAB A NEW DROP AND ALSO BUYA FEW RANDOM HATS FOR ME AND THE FAM. NOW I JUST GO TO THE OTHER SHOP THAT BUYS YOU OUT AND PAY DOUBLE. SO NOW YOUR NOT ONLY LOSING MONEY FROM OTHER SALES YOUR LOSING CUSTOMERS AND THE OTHER SHOPS ARE GAINING EM. ALL BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES CANT STEP UP AND DO WHATS RIGHT AND SAY NO TO THOSE RESELL BUSINESS OWNERS THAT RUN A RESELL SHOP IN THE SAME MALL!!!! SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR BAD SALES PRACTICE.

Horrible customer service. Employee wouldn't take the tame to ring us up because he was too busy dealing with inventory. Not surprisingly, Fanzz is owned by the same company as Lids and their employees provide equally horrible customer service.
