Overall, it was an ok experience. The person who helped me (Kaitlyn) was really kind and very respectful of my price point. I never felt like I was being forced to buy something beyond my price point. The one thing that was not great was the fact that although we reserved a time to be there, we got pushed off to the side by incoming parties. There was never an effort made by staff to control or prevent this from happening. It was odd because the other side was empty but they kept putting people on our side. I don't know if this is common for bridal appts. The dress variety is great and I thought the prices for the quality was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They also have payment options which is amazing.

I went in for my appointment super nervous but Q made it amazing and quick! I was expecting to be there for hours. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered the best dresses for the exact prices I was going for! Q is a miracle worker!

I absolutely loved my experience picking out my dress here and I found my dream dress. They have an incredible selection and are very affordable compared to other dress shops I visited. I do not regret getting my dress from here however I do regret using them for alterations. I paid nearly 700$ which was extremely high and the seamstress ruined the sleeves on my dress. My off the shoulder sleeve had stitching pop walking down the aisle and I had multiple people point out after the ceremony how it was ripped and it’s unfortunately noticeable in all my pictures. My bustle also started breaking within the first 30 minutes of being bustled so half my train was down the entire night and looked terrible. I have numerous complaints about the way the alterations looked and also the way I was spoke to when asking for alterations to be fixed. I was told over and over again that it was “just a pressing issue” when it absolutely was not. I should have trusted my gut and takin it to someone else. I had a beautiful experience picking out my dress here and would do it again and again but take your dress somewhere else for alterations!

The shop was small and felt cheap. There wasn’t much room for my group. I found a dress that I loved, but this was the first shop I went to and I wanted to go to a few more places before deciding. The associate helping me put so much pressure on me to buy the dress right then. She practically yelled at me as I was walking out of the store. It was very uncomfortable and I wouldn’t go back or recommend this shop.

Had so much fun looking for my dress. Kaitlyn and Keslee pulled dresses from my wish list and I found my dream dress and it looks amazing on me. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to my alterations making my dress fit even better

Great staff who go above and beyond to make sure you are more than satisfied with your wedding dress. I had to have multiple fittings to get it just right and the staff were so friendly and courteous. Will recommend this place to everyone I know.

I had the most amazing experience. I walked in without a clear idea of what I wanted, and Morgan was so amazing. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Unfortunately not my favorite bridal appointment. :( It started off so great, our stylist was so fun and bubbly and she was meeting all of my needs to well. Even back by the fitting room she was so great. Until, my maid of honor (sister) made a comment about one of the dresses as soon as I walked out, it really seemed to offend the stylist. I tried to give my stylist the benefit of the doubt because she was only trying to defend me by telling my party to let the bride voice her opinion first, but the way she handled it was very harsh, and although my family was making comments, they were not rude or upsetting me in anyway. Personally I would hope my bridal party would chime in with their opinions. After that moment, until the end of my appointment you could tell the stylist absolutely shut down and became very cold and not involved. Not only with my bridal party but with me in the changing room as well. I became nervous to voice my opinion about any gown and my bridal party no longer wanted to be involved in the appointment. I had found several dresses I really liked but the appointment went down hill after that and made the decision process not enjoyable.

Alitzah was the most amazing consultant a person could as for!! As a plus size & LGBT+ bride, it was honestly really intimidating going into a wedding dress shop for the first time. Alitzah made the experience impeccable and helped me find my dream dress on the first try! She even contacted the dress designer to see if we could get the dress made in black! She knocked it out of the park and I'm so glad I went with fantasy bridal! What an amazing store and unwaiveringly kind staff!!!

Such a wonderful experience! The girls were lovely. Friendly, considerate, attentive, and kind. I couldn’t have envisioned a better place to buy a gown. So many options. Very clean shop. Needless to say, I found my dream dress! Thank you!
