The quality of clothing is pretty low. I ordered some stuff online and wanted to exchange it for something different. All the tags were still attached and everything, but they would not let me exchange or return any of the items I bought. They were pretty rude about it too

This location is consistently out of larger sizes compared to the City Creek location. Honestly though, fabletics quality has really gone down the last two years. Everything I’ve ordered has been poor quality, see through, a weird fit compared to the countless things I’ve ordered before. I’m not impressed with the service at this location like I am city creek.

I bought some clothes from fabletics and the shorts I bought which I would never get caught dead in before! But now after stumbling into the store I saw vibrant colors and comfortable fabric. Im a big fan and they can have my money. I bought my clothes for the 50% memorial sale going on! So I highly recommend checking out their products!

I've only ever been to this Fabletics store and I'm here to say... fan for life! The associates at this store are magnificent and make you feel like you're shopping at a local boutique! They're wonderful! Oh, and the clothes is amazing too!

Oh my gosh!! Don't listen to the reviews because we had an amazing experience here. My daughter was given an outfit for her birthday that was to big. We were greeted as we first walked in to the store. Then they treated her like pretty women and helped her try on multiple outfits until she found the one that was best for her needs. I would totally come back to this store because it was an amazing experience for her. I could not be more pleased with their customer service. 10 stars for sure. Thank you so much!

Don't listen to the other reviews. No store is perfect the second it opens. I went in and was extremely happy with my experience it was better than the one in city creek has way way more options and the girl that helped me was extremely kind and was extremely helpful in understanding my membership benefits and helping me find the best deals. I am so happy there is a fabletics store closer to me now!! Great customer service and great store!!

The store is very cute, but the girls at the store are not nice. It took forever for them to finish my account. One girl was helping me and several girls came to tell her she needed to leave, she left and we had to start over. Overall bad experience.

This new store is a disaster. It doesn't even look like a Fabletics store. Management is deplorable. A employee was helping us when another saleswoman interrupted us, preventing her from giving us a discount, even though my wife having a membership. It was very embarrassing for the girl and my wife. Then the manager interrupted her saying brusquely that it was her break time and we had to be attended by another person. An unprepared manager for a Fabletics store. Disappointing experience.

REALLY great service. I was get exchanging an outfit I got that was too big and they were so helpful and kind. They were helping me to pick out stuff they thought would look good on me or that I would personally like for what I was using it for. Over all super fabulous service. I would highly recommend for anyone.

I went in today for a return I had ordered online. They made the return super easy and they were very informative on the return policy and helped me get a new item. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
