When I was checking out I let the cashier know she hadn’t removed the security tag from the pants, she proceeded to try and remove it and instead of letting me know she hadn’t removed the tag she folded it and placed it in my bag, when the alarm went off she said I was fine. I live like 1-1.5 hours away from the express, so now I will have to commute again just to get the tag removed. Just a bit odd to knowingly leave the security tag on

Eleonora was phenomenal! Her service was beyond what I expected! Everyone in that store is willing to help! Welcoming atmosphere and service has improved a lot in the last few months! I have been a customer for years and I love Express!

I placed an order in app and the app selects this location to pick up all of my items. I was staying in SLC and wanted these for my trip. Come to find out that location is closed! Call CS, they cancel my order and then ship my order STANDARD to my home. I’ve yet to receive my order because it’s lost. CS refuses to do anything. App shows City Creek open on Sunday which is a lie. Yet another thing they refuse to correct!
Express’ response is a form response! I call the number given and am told they can’t assist with Google reviews. More of my time wasted to be given the same information I already have-my package still technically has another business day to be delivered. How do I bill Express for my time?!

Jojo helped me so much that I had to give him a shout out. He’s a terrific manager who really cares about customers and deserves recognition for the way he runs the store in Fashion Place. Tremendous customer service.

It's one of my favorite clothing stores. I've been shopping here for over a decade or two. I've even worked here too. Not only do they have great deals on fashionable clothes, but it's also a great place to work too.

Excellent service even on Black Friday! The staff made sure that I got the best deals. Management there also did a fantastic job helping me find the suits I wanted and went above and beyond to help me get the best price. Highly recommend shopping at this location!

Horrible customer service. I tried calling and asking a question about a suit. Whoever the girl was that was working the evening of 7/29/24 told me to call customer service. I called back to ask a completely different question, she answered the phone put it on the counter and said to just hang up to whoever else was working. I tried calling back multiple times and they declined my call every time.

I purchased a clearance sweater at this location, and when I got home I realized that they had overcharged me by $3.99 plus tax. When I called to get a refund over the phone, a gentleman informed me that it could only be done at the store. I just left the store, and no money was refunded. An old cranky lady tried to explain to me that I had paid less just because I had used my reward cash on it, she obviously doesn't know math. Another older lady said that she couldn't give me the money back because she couldn't know what the clearance discount was back then. Horrible experience, don't recommend this store.

As I was shopping and grabbing my selections I expected someone to ask if I needed a fitting room. There appeared to be a young man engrossed with flirting with his coworker as they both worked around the same rack and table of sweaters in the women's department. Of the two associates in the same area as myself there was not customer assistance or interaction. As I made my way to the back of the store for the fitting room carrying the 5-6 selections of holiday party options; I was standing at the fitting room door frame as the same young lady approached walked in and out of the fitting room completely ignoring the customer standing there. As she walked away I addressed here with an "excuse me, can I please get a fitting room"? With what appeared to be distain from the associate she scrambled for keys and unlocked a door and said nothing. The fitting room reeked of a dirty diaper and they were filthy. I can only imagine what a magic eraser from Mr. Clean could do to the white baseboards, but that would require action and gumption which appears to be lacking.

Don't sign up for an account. They sent you 3 emails a day and the unsubscribe button doesn't work. I tried to contact support to get unsubscribed. They told me the only way is to delete my account. This is shady at best and illegal at worst
