My coat had a major manufacturing defect, but it was outside of the new 1 year period. Corporate told me they would replace it for free even outside of the warranty and said to talk to the store I bought it from. Lexi (the store manager) at fashion place refused to honor what corporate said and would not replace it, so now I have to mail it in and wait three weeks for a coat in the freezing winter months... Horrible customer service. I previously bought a lot here, but never again. Thanks Lexi, for letting me know that you no longer support or care about your longtime customers.

the quality of their products has gone straight down hill, no more lifetime guarantee, makes sense. no more EB....

They changed their return policy. They won’t accept returns for previously worn clothes and the onus is on the customer to prove that it’s unworn. Since I can’t return clothes anymore washed or unwashed, they’ve lost a customer.

For the price of these jackets the return policy is trash , you’re better off shopping at Nordstrom or REI for a puffy jacket .

Went to this store to get a couple of items. There was one employee checking people out and another wandering the store. After 25 minutes waiting in line we left. The other employee came up saw people waiting and walked off. More than one person left because it took so long.

Never have I ever been so disgusted with customer service or lack there of. Upon entering the store I was never once greeted and then was treated with utmost disrespect from manager Lyndsey. Will not ever go back and left a sour taste in my mouth for Eddie Bauer.

I like the gear. I wish the store/franchise could figure out how to operate in the COVID era. I have purchased numerous things over the years. Recently a pair of pants that was 6 months old came apart at the seam. Until recently they had a lifetime warranty. They refused to take the pants back because of COVID. I’m not sure how the two are connected, pants that were defective and under warranty can’t be returned because of COVID? Are they going to stitch them up and sell them again? The employees were definitely not happy about working during COVID, which I get. But, I was wearing a mask. She was wearing a mask. Her manager was wearing a mask. She was behind plexiglass. We were 6 feet apart. The inability to operate during COVID may be the death of the business.
Also - the lifetime warranty is dead. Now, all things are covered by a one year warranty, bummer

The threads are coming out of a $40 pair of pants, and they're basically falling apart. This started happening after about a year. Severely overpriced for this type of issue, even with the constant "sale" in their store. An acquaintance of mine has the same problem with their clothing and mentioned that the store is good about swapping out defective items. I reached out to an employee who confirmed that they are in fact, happy to replace the pants. When I finally brought the pants in, I was turned away immediately because of some 1-year limit on exchanges for defective clothing. Good looking clothes, but they're not good quality for the price.

I placed an order to have it delivered and besides I live in Utah, they delivered the package to ANOTHER STATE! Worst than that, I called them and they don’t want to be responsible for the error, they told me to contact FedEx, but we all know that FedEx can’t just go to the house and take the package from the wrong house and bring it back because it’s probably not there anymore. I spent more than $100 and they only want to give me 10% of the order and not even send the package again. DISAPPOINTED with the service!
