If you are looking for makeup, I highly recommend Leslie at the Dior counter.
She was very helpful, her customer service makes you feel like you’re talking with a friend who is ready to help you achieve the look you want, and I appreciate her taking the time to listen what make up I needed. It only took two shades for her to find my perfect match!

Juan and Simon in the Levi’s department have been nothing short of awful to work with.
I will never be buying from this store again. Major attitude from Juan. Very condescending and rude. Making up non existent policies for exchanging etc. I am fed up with this store.

The folks who work at this Dillard’s are very good at what they do. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all that they offer. I believe it was Bryan in the men’s department that helped us. He guided us to the right options and a better fit on multiple items. Thanks.

Dillard's is ok. To many tacky womens shoes, though. They need to go a bit higher end and don't crowd the shoe department so much!

Manager refused to help us with a $150 gift certificate. Gave us phony numbers to call. Manager Kurt Wiederspahn seems to think it funny that Dillard’s can lose $150 but can do nothing to check an account and acted affronted that I asked him to help me access the account. He treated me with contempt and disdain. Fortunately the salespersons are courteous and respectful but if a customer needs assistance in the office there is no help. It took 28 minutes on the phone because they purposefully gave us two wrong numbers. .

Lady in shoe department genuinely yelled at us, yelled at her other associates for who was helping us, and then went behind her little desk and was throwing her hands in the air and pointing at us because we asked 2 different people for 2 different shoes. I was so shocked I didn’t say anything because of her we put everything down and left. I didn’t know there were rules
