Overall I had a good experience with the process of buying our car and getting everything finalized. We bought a warranty that I realized afterwards was more limited than I had expected. It did take a long time to get resolved (a few months) hence a star removed but in the end I was given a refund for which I was grateful.

Kaden was awesome to deal with!! I live out of state and have not been able to get what I needed anywhere else. He got me into a 2021 ID 4 and it’s amazing. Hands down one of the best salesman I have worked with!
