I purchased my new Mazda at Tim Dahle and the entire staff treats me like an old friend. Over the years I have purchased cars from other dealers and I have “never” experienced such world class treatment as I have with Tim Dahle. If you are in the market for a new car, due yourself a favor and tell Tim Dahle Mazda that I sent you!

If you want your tires bolted on way too tight, put on in the wrong pattern, on a camber, and overall just wrong, this is the place for you.
Ever since my last service, my tires have been squealing whenever I take off, like I'm in fast and furious and I'm just driving normal. I had to check a tire for a nail and found the reason. It was nearly impossible to get the tire off with how tight they put the nuts on. I guess none of their mechanics have heard of a torch wrenc. While I was checking that tire I discovered the cause of the tire squealing. My rear passenger side tire is put on wrong (likely in a circle pattern, not a star pattern). I attempted to take that tire off to fix their incompetent mistake, I had to use all my strength and still could not get the nuts to budge. I will absolutely never be back and will not buy a car here again. You're better off going to a high school auto class. Do not go here.

All staff paid attention to my needs. Items as add on were presented in a professional manner with minimal pressures.
The options on the car were known by our salesperson and explained very well.

AMAZING I appreciate all the staff I was talking to. TJ my salesman, Scott the sales manager, Jerick , and more. This place is very friendly and not too much a sales pusher...
But I'm happy with Tim Dahle Mazda and recommend them for looking for a new car..
Just not a great place to work. A very personal experience that didn’t go well. I was about to be fired for no reason so I quit.

Just a shout out to Xander for taking some time out to show my wife and I around the Cx-5, CX-50 and the CX-70. We have been to several dealerships after and no one "Lexus, Toyota" have any inventory and high pressure "you better get it now or it will be gone" comments. Thank you Xander and thank your manager for the no pressure experience.
