0 StarsVery unhappy with the lack of service. They are very rude and won’t talk through anythingWe had our car stuck up at Brighton Ski resort and needed it towed down. I contacted Cottonwood Towing to have them get it out. Once I got contacted by Bubba, he said he thought he could get it out but had never done it before… first red flag. Then, he said if he can get it out then it shouldn’t cost anything and he would contact his boss… second red flag. After about 10 min of trying, he gave up and told us he can’t get it out but we owe him $100 for going up there.I called the boss and told him the situation which he acted like he could care less. He said he would listen to the phone call. I called back the next day asking about the call, he acknowledged that Bubba said it shouldn’t cost anything but didn’t care to take care of the issue. I asked nicely if I could get a copy of the call and he said “Absolutely not” in a degrading way.Incredibly disappointing and will not be recommending or using this company again. We told him numerous times that the parking lot is very tight and very snowy. He proceeded to tell us he is confident but look how that turned out.Use this scam of a company at your own risk. I know they’ve scammed many people this way.

The guy who came to help me (I can’t remember his name) was unbelievably kind & helpful in such a stressful situation! He arrived quicker than anticipated, and went above and beyond when I asked for additional help.

I called cottonwood towing to do a job for me, and they did there job well l retired from the towing industry after 31 yrs. And in my opinion cottonwood did a great job they were on time very professional. A job well done cottonwood towing. The owner should be proud of a crew like he has.

If the company you call to tow your vehicle answers they phone “hey” with no identification or professionalism, you can almost guarantee that they won’t treat your vehicle with professionalism or respect.Don’t go here. Totally unprofessional.

It's refreshing to find honest business. Not only was their quote lower than others the dispatch guy, think he said his name was Jeff called me back and told me that the dealership was misleading me and a locksmith could come out and do the same service without needing me to tow my car 20 miles. Not often you get a company that's willing to turn away taking your money for whats best for you. Now I have a locksmith on the way and it saved me a few hundred bucks. Next time I actually need a tow I will be calling Cottonwood.

This company actually answered the phone when I called and easily set up a tow for me. The guy who they sent got there within 15 min and was very polite and professional and made me feel very comfortable. The tow was affordable and simple and an easy solution to a frustrating situation. If I ever need another tow they will be the first company I call. I highly recommend.
