Purchased a Prius here. Great place to work with, very nice people all around. They are great at communicating, contract is clear.I have been to probably hundreds of dealerships in the Valley, this is easily one of the better ones. Literally top 10.

Never been to this business, but the review responses from the company are SO unprofessional! Made me turn away! I get that every company is going to have bad reviews, but it’s the way the owner is replying that’s making me not want to purchase a vehicle here. Crazy!

Beware! They are very nice but can be two faced. This is my experience. I leased 1 car and bought 1 car from them. At the end, I thought we were good. As it turned out, a month later, Diane had a large milleage bill that I was unaware. Instead of texting, calling, or sending a certified leter to me, she put it into collections. Now an over weight lawyer is ruffing me up, a 75 year old woman. When I called their office to settle with them, Diane hung up the phone. Then went to their office, she was ruid. I worked with these people for 3 years. I was not running from a bill. I would have made payments. Now my credit hurts and the over weight gready lawyer wants his cut. I offered $2,500 recently. They wont settle. Im sure they will make a snarly comment. I'm telling the truth and am very sad they took such action. Now I lost one of my jobs, due to virus, and settling for $3,500 will be a hardship.
