I bought a 2018 Chevy suburban from them. Financed it through Westlake financial. When I test drove the car, there was an excessive vibration and the person sitting there in charge said that it’s only need a good balance and he said he can take care of that for me, after he said, he did balanced it. The vibration was still there, and the vehicle needed some front suspension components, as well as a new set of tires in an alignment which cost me almost $2000 total. Less than two months the engine of the car was blown with only 165,000 miles on it. I called them to talk to someone and they said whoever is in charge is not there and they will call me back. It’s been over a month and nobody called me back yet and it cost me over $8000 to put an engine in it. And I’ve received this letter from DMV saying that there is something wrong with the title work needs to be fixed, I texted my salesman at the dealership. His name is Sam It’s been 10 days and no response to that one yet too. The reason I mentioned Westlake financial is they charged me the fee that was about $1400 that Westlake financial charged them to finance a car. True scammers!

We bought a car from Central auto about a month ago. Ask for CarolAnn. She was very helpful but not pushy. We needed our plates in 30 days rather than the allowed 45 and she made it happen.
