I was looking for work pants for the construction site. I had to try on a lot of different options to find ones that work best. Waverly was so helpful at giving recommendations and bringing me different sizes so I could find what I needed. I highly recommend trying on men’s clothing, because a lot of the women’s clothing are a very tight fit.

If you kneel down a lot don’t buy their pants I had 6 pair they all rip on the back pockets save your money and buy Walmart pants they are more durable for far less price pretty sad

Just came in for some insulated bibs, and Jonas was quick to greet me, ask if I needed help and go into the back to get what I needed. Let me know other sizes and colors that were available in the back if I wanted something else. Gave some options on different warmth levels as well.Process was quick and painless. Wish you had a location down south, but the drive was worth it. Thanks!

Went to get a pair of there new sneakers. Was told I could try them a few days and if I wasn’t satisfied to bring them back. Unfortunately the shoes were uncomfortable so I brought them back. I was told they wouldn’t refund me the shoes. I was even reasonable and asked for in store credit. Was told no. This store needs to train there employees on store policy. I was lied to when buying the shoes. The manager didn’t want to help and was borderline rude. I will not shop here again after being lied too and how the management treated my situation. The integrity of this store is non existent. Buy elsewhere

The workers here have horrible attitudes!My wife and I went to return a couple item’s and one worker named Kami was helping us. She had a horrible attitude and even was very snarky towards us! She kept sighing at us and even accused us of not having something on the receipt. She honestly ruined this store for us!

I ran into Jake and Thomas at my Public Storage Facility, they were getting some merchandise out of Carhartt’s storage units and they were telling me all about the deals at the store, and I was so curious because of their salesmanship, that I went in on my lunch hour—they were right! There are lots of good deals to be had! I love the Carhartt brand anyway, usually so well made, so when you can get a good deal—I’m all in!

Walked into the store to look at all the new Carhartt gear. As I was browsing the sales associate Jonah noticed my (well used) Carhartt hoodie had a broken zipper pull. He asked if he could replace the zipper pull. Within 5 minutes I had my favorite hoodie back in full working order. Thanks Carhartt and especially Jonah for going above and beyond to make my visit excellent.
