“I recently rented a car at SLC. The total milage driven was 34.While checkout and check-in were fine, after reviewing my receipt, I saw a “Miscellaneous” charge of $3.92 for “Residual Penny Clearing”. I contacted the main customer service number, who could not tell me what the charge was for. I was told my inquiry would be passed along to the local representative at SLC.3 days later I received a call from (Zach? from) SLC. He said there were no notes indicating what the charge was for, nor could he explain the odd notation of “Residual Penny Clearing”.Although the charge was refunded to me, my 3.5* rating is based on: 1. The fact that a charge like that was permitted on a bill; 2. The length of time it took a local representative to get back to me; and 3. The nonchalance in which such an unexplained charge was addressed.I am always suspicious when an unexplained charge appears in a bill. How many people get charged for items that they didn't rightfully incur and that can’t be explained?”

I actually loved it, it had SOOOO much space and I was kinda sad when I had to go pick my little Honda back up. Riley was the one who helped me when I returned the car. “Kevin and Melissa helped my circumstances, way beyond my expectations. I had accepted the insurance adjusters decision to provide a small rental vehicle while my premium Avalon was being repaired for the next 2-3 weeks. The insurance company had accepted liability for an accident leaving me without transportation. I really could care less what I drive, except that my parents (90yr old/86yr old) live with me and I am their transportation. Getting into a small car for them is difficult. Kevin called the insurance company and got a full-sized car (still seems small compared the the luxury of an Avalon) BUT, wow, can't believe the initiative taken to make a difference for my elderly parents. Super helpful. Thank you!”

“This is a bare bones restaurants with great food. Very casual, strip mall type setting. Tables and chairs like the social hall at church, but the food rocks. The place was packed on Friday night. We had Goyoza, split between 3 people. The flavor and texture of these pork filled dumplings was outstanding, with a great sauce, but they could have been served hotter. For the entree, we had Karai ramen. This is a wonderful dish. Noodles were perfectly done, and the ground pork is delightfully spicy and tender. The mushroom and egg are the perfect addition to this wonderful dish. You can't go wrong with the choice. I highly recommend the place and would love to go back.”

Matt was thorough in his approach to my desire to put ac in my fully converted camper van. And, in the end, after looking at all the options, and with Matt’s experienced feedback, I decided not to install ac.

“Excellent service, excellent place to rent cars, they are flexible when delivering the car, rent at noon for 10 days and you can deliver it before 4 pm at no cost unlike other companies, for example, Avis charged me a full day for arriving 2 hours after the time the car is picked up”
