I was having trouble getting the credit card reader to work for the automatic wash. A person from the business came over and helped ring me up for the wash with a different card reader. I appreciated the extra customer service help, and the car came out nice and clean.

Me and my vehicle got a wash!!! I purchased the 12 coins for $10 and inserted half the coins into the bay 3 coin machine, selected pressure washer and water started gushing out of where the hose meets the swivel arm. The water not only started pouring on my vehicle but it’s was enough pressure that I got sprayed too. Instinctively I moved and when I did the arm rotates and then water started leaking out of a second location, where the arm attaches to the ceiling. At first I thought maybe it was just was just coincidental, something just failed. But once it started leaking in a second location I realized there’s no way both of those just happened at the same time, they probably been leaking for some time. Which is concerning because that makes you think they’re not checking their equipment regularly or properly. So I was wet and out $6 and would’ve left but I still had my other coins and moved over to the next bay, that went much better. The only issue I had with that was the coins getting stuck in the slot and having to take my car key and push them in.
It’s an older car wash and facility which does not bother me if a place like that is properly maintained. It’s easy for me to insinuate the owners are not maintaining it and I could be wrong but what I have to go off is my experience and it wasn’t great. But I learned a valuable lesson, next time I go to a car wash I will only insert one coin until I know the equipment works properly, lol.

Automatic car wash told me it was complete and to exit after just the soap. I see this was an issue a month ago and they just said “sorry you’d write a two star review based on one bad experience.”

I am leaving this review as I don't know how to reach you any other way. I am a monthly member and use you facilities regularly. Today I wanted to use the carwash and I initiated the premium wash in bay 2. After pressing start nothing happened. I never got a green light. So I tried again and then all I was offered was to pay for a wash. I will also say that recently bay 2 has been a little light on wash chemicals. Oh and if you look at my account, I am paid up. Thanks
Updated: I was contacted quickly by the management and the issue was corrected. For the price this touchless wash does a good job. I deducted one star as I cannot find how to contact management on the app as I was directed. If I can't see it others likely can't either.

The price and time given for the self wash is very fair (I believe $1 for 1.5 minutes when I was there), and same with the 6 minutes per $1 of vacuum time! One of the workers was kind enough to give me a free vacuum token as well for pushing in the slightly overflowing trash, and putting some of the spilled out trash back in the can. Great experience!

Let me start with I love this car wash. But this morning at about 8:20 I used the automatic car wash on the end. It worked fine until it came to the rinse cycle. It rinsed half my car, stopped and told me to exit and without finishing the rinse or the dryer cycle.
I looked everywhere for a contact phone number to let someone know it malfunctioned but there was no information anywhere. So I’m writing the review in hopes management will see it so they can check it out to make sure it’s working properly for everyone else. It’s not about the extra dollar I had to spend to manually rinse off my car, but it’s about the inconvenience. I really wish they would’ve had had a phone number I could’ve called to report it instead of writing a negative review.
