I got there 15 minutes before closing to grab a fan real quick and the place was closed. If you aren’t going to honor your store hours then change them on google.

I like the Big 5 store, merchandise is really good and a great price, but the Murray store totally lose my business. I purchased so many shoes in that store and today when I try to Get some other, I found the most ridiculous and disgusting human being as customer service. This guy (no tag name), very much try to tell me that I am so difficult to get women shoes (size 10 or 11), no only that but because I took off the insulation; He told me why are destroy shoes that I haven’t pay for yet???. Totally rude. I am taking my business somewhere else.

This is a great store.
I needed some good rugged work boots. (Steel toe). I’m a plumber, I usually spend 200 bucks on a good pair. They had a wide selection of a ton of steel toe boots. I got a great deal on a dewalt brand boot. So far so good

Good selection of sporting goods and shoes. I found wide width shoes that are hard to find. They even had my size. Very friendly staff. A very good experience.

We called ahead for a slip resistant work shoe in the size needed and were met with professionalism. It helped that we had the SKU from the store that was nearest us. They didn't have it either.
