“Tom and and TW team are exceptionally honest and an incredible asset to our community. If you are in the market for a used vehicle I highly recommend you check them out. They purchase a brunt of their inventory as trade-ins from local big brands like Mark Miller Subaru (as opposed to auctions) and take their time to ensure the vehicles are up to snuff before letting them go out the door. I am a nervous buyer whenever it comes time to spend more than a few hundred bucks and neurotically spent months looking for the right vehicle until finally stumbling upon this shop-- and am glad I did.
In my case, they got me into a 2013 BMW X1 that literally drove like a brand new car off the lot. However-- and here's the kicker-- I bought the car in February and none of us realized the AC wasn't operational (it heated just fine). No problem! I went back to them (6 months after buying the car) and they worked with me to get it fixed. I felt valued as a customer and as a person. You can not go wrong with these guys.”
