“Seasons is a perfect example of quality over quantity. I was surprised by my unit size seeming a little smaller than expected but settled happily. Over the months I had a few issues with my dryer and flooring, the days I put in the maintenance orders they took care of it same day or the following morning. The staff are friends and helpful in every manner. There's a small but adequate dog run for your pup to run and play, it's close to downtown amenities such as the railway, 2 gyms, a grocery store and the library! I think its expensive but you get what you pay for with these guys and it's 100% quality! Highly recommend if you're moving for a new career or settling in downtown salt lake.”

“The residents will take care of you if you need it. My neighbors look out for me. They're kind and sometimes bring me food. Maintenance is helpful. My cat and I like my apartment and it's always well maintained. Of I have an issue I get a quick response time. There always seems to be plenty of room in my apartment. I enjoy the location to downtown, we are in Gateway distance and great food.”
“My roommates and I have been living in these apartments for just over 2 months and it was just meant to be. The property manager is so extremely helpful, the place is so clean and feels so safe. Amazing location right across from Trolley Square and less than 10 minutes to the Trax Station!”

“I just moved in month or so ago and could not be more pleased with the staff. MEAGHAN is so friendly and friendly. She made me feel comfortable from getting go. Took me on a tour of facility and made sure I was checked in correctly. I had a couple questions and ALEHI the manager was so welcoming in her office. She was so friendly and open to my conversation. Everytime I come through front door she and Meaghan make sure to greet me with a smile. The gym on 13th floor is Special. Can't beat the views. Does not even feel like you working out. Very satisfied. Thank you ladies”

“I have lived at Commons for a while love the building, love my apartment and love the location. We went through a rash of really horrible building managers for a bit. Then Tai came along and has been great for the building and community we have here. She’s always friendly, great at listening and helpful”
“From what I've seen and no and have heard about this place it's a pretty awesome place to be there's lots of different offices from Medicare Medicaid representatives to psychiatrists and doctors always very clean and we're very kind and understanding allowing me to stay in the lobby to charge my phone and wait for the rain and thunder to stop even though I was there for over an hour and a half waiting The security there was amazing and they offered me some hot chocolate and tried to make me as comfortable as possible.”
“We've really enjoyed our time here over the past 3 years. Maintenance has been prompt with any issue that has arisen, Thyson has been great, we have had very few issues with packages arriving & no issues with neighbours or loudness. The best features are the in-unit laundry & central air. My only complaint would be I wish the unit didn't have carpet & it had a full sized fridge (it's dorm sized so we can't stock much). It's been a pretty seamless living experience here, wish they had bigger units available so those of us who need to size up over time could upgrade.”

I’ve lived in other apartments and you don’t hear from them in weeks. Valerie has been amazing helping me get into this place, was so nice and helped me with everything. Such a smooth process. The other lady’s were awesome too. Thank you guys! I feel like I’m gonna be here for a long time. Feels like home. Oh 1 more thing. We’re right next to Jordan landings! “I loved working with Amanda at 21 by Urbana!! I was a walk-in and she dropped everything to show me around. The layouts are great and finishes are wonderful. Loved the huge patios in some units with exposed brick. I ended up going a different direction but I can tell she is an absolute gem to the community and she works so hard to manage the building. She was so positive, caring and communicative. I hope that our paths cross again one day in the future because I would love to work with her again!”

“My experience at this apartment building is vastly better than any other place I’ve been at. The location is amazing and so is the view. I’ve lived here for over a year and I could count on one hand the number of times I’ve heard my neighbors. Management responds pretty quickly to maintenance issues and the property is reasonably well maintained.
I think not being poor would enable you to perceive that rent is also very reasonable.
Anything less than a 4/5 for this place is probably due to entitled people thinking that it’s possible to get your deposit back from any apartment complex. Doesn’t matter where you go. That never happens bro…
My only criticism would be to put the call box back in and finish the drywall job in the hall on the 5th floor❤️”
“We enjoyed our time living here! We were here for a year and really didn’t have any issues. We moved because they were raising our rent. It was already on the high end, but raising it even more was a no-go for us. We had a relatively small deposit upon moving in, and only had to pay about $20 when we moved out.The maintenance team is wonderful. They are quick to get over to your apartment to fix things, and they are super friendly. I always got a wave whenever I passed them around the complex. The pool and hot tub are nice during the warmer months.One complaint I had was that there were a lot of pets that pooped on the lawn, and it wasn’t picked up by the owners. We have a child, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting her play on the lawn with the risk of animal poop being there. Despite signs telling owners to pick up after their pets, it was still an issue.I felt the people in the office were friendly and available to help answer questions/concerns. They were sometimes tough to get a hold of via phone or email, so taking a trip down to the office was sometimes necessary.”
“I have lived at the Lotus Republic for the past year, and it has been a wonderful experience! The property manager, Emily, is attentive and very helpful to the tenants. She always has your best interest at heart. I would recommend living here; from management to convenience and the apartment amenities, it’s a fantastic place to live!”

“I’ve lived at this building for a few weeks now — plenty of time to work with both the leasing and maintenance teams.So far, I love everything about living here!Management is responsive, friendly, and personal. The building is huge so I did expect to be another familiar face — but that’s been far from the case. Laura has asked questions, followed up, and been present throughout my first few weeks here. I don’t feel disconnected from the management team at all.Reading through old reviews, you couldn’t be faulted for wondering if this place is basically falling apart. So far, I haven’t witnessed anything even close to the most negative comments. Amenities and hallways are clean, and neighbors are respectful and quiet.Basically - it’s a great spot if you want to be downtown, and the building seems to have come a very long day from its initial hiccups.”

“I've been here for 4 months and for me everything has been perfect. The employees are super friendly, especially Miguel and Ana. Living here I have always felt safe. many good people live here. I lost my credit card and someone found it in the laundry room and returned it to the office. For the full payment of the rent I have never had problems, I have always paid as stipulated in the contract. Also, if you don't speak English well like me, many of the employees speak Spanish and if some of them don't speak it, they will do their best to help you (for me thats a plus).”
