Always a pain to get checks cashed and have funds available with this credit Union. Always getting conflicting information as well. Told two business days and then it's more like 8. That's a huge discrepancy and also more like 10 plus days due to the weekend. I'd much rather take my business elsewhere and I'm not talking just about this location, the company as a whole.

I'm closing on a car purchase and need to meet the seller at one of their branches. I called to confirm the Murray branch in Macy's is equipped to handle that. They offer only one phone for all locations fully automated. And was placed on hold for 12 min before getting someone that could confirm that answer. Not even online chat was available. 12 min seemed a little long for such a simple question. Would prefer to be able to call the branches directly.

Going to this bank is nice. It’s across from my work. But I wanted to pull what’s left of my hair out. I really believe that when there is only 2 tellers people shouldn’t be allowed to open a new account or apply for a curse word loan. This sucks. It’s so frustrating.

Sent prof of insurance on my vehicle multiple times and the insurance company did and they still put there in-house insurance on my loan that is 10x higher 900.00 per month what a scam one star

McKenna, the branch manager was horrendous to work with. She repletely lied about mistakes her branch made with our loan. Didn't inform us of the the truth of what we were told to sign. Didn't actually investigate what the problem was just blamed us for the information we never received. She was rude from the get-go. America First doesn't suck but this branch does. Avoid the hassle go anywhere else!

Finally open now that covid is in full rage on the second wave. Not a fan of the chair for the sitting teller.
