Matt and his crew are trustworthy, reliable, and excellent. They’ve saved my car and I multiple times, and I’m happy to have found an honest mechanic and dealer in Salt Lake. Would recommend

The car buying process was extremely smooth and quick. There wasn’t a lot of haggling or hard pressure sales stuff used which was really refreshing. The car also came with a mechanic report verifying everything was good under the hood so you know you’re not driving off the lot with a lemon that’ll break down in a few months. They’re also very willing to accommodate whatever it is you’re looking for (manual vs automatic, daily commuters, larger SUV’s/minivans for families, etc). All in all I couldn’t have asked for a much better car buying experience; plus it’s always nice to support local businesses!

Don't shop anywhere else. Knowledgeable and honest dealerships are a rare find. We had a great purchase experience. We absolutely love our car and will be back when we are in the market again.

The short review: this place has great deals, they are honest and trustworthy, and I will come back to buy a used car from them again or have them find me one at a good price.
The long review and my true story:
I bought a red 2011 Subaru Forester from Matt at All Access Auto on 2/20/2020. This was my 11th car purchase (9 used, 2 brand new) in the 17 past years (I have a huge family and tend to give my cars to them in times of need). I generally do a lot of market research when I’m looking for a car and can spot a deal when I see one. Growing up in a poor family with a lot of kids taught me how to maximize every penny I have. When I saw this add pop up on KSL I knew I had to get it before anyone else does. I needed a car for my 20 year old son who is getting a promotion at work but needed to drive to multiple locations for his new position. I have a 2010 Subaru Forester with 167,000+ miles on that I bought brand new and it hasn’t needed any repairs yet so I had a good feeling about this red 2011 forester with 128,000 miles on it. It’s always a gamble at this mileage and when buying used cars when things start to malfunction or have issues but again, I had a good feeling, Carfax checks out good, good price for a no haggle internet special listing, what could go wrong I thought. After the test drive I bought the car and took off. I didn’t even make it around the block when every used car buyer’s worst nightmare happened: the check engine light (along with other lights) came on. Great.. I thought, I bought this AS IS with no warranty and there is no lemon law in Utah for used cars. So I called Matt and told him what happened. He said bring it back and he’ll have his mechanic look at it. In my mind I was thinking the worst like they could just reset the light to mask the problem or something like that. His mechanic Andy came out and checked the light for me right away and told me the crankshaft position sensor was going bad but then he said that Matt was going to replace it on him and at no cost to me. They just needed to get the part and then it would be a 15 minute fix. So I left my car there and told them I would pick it up Saturday since I couldn’t take anymore time off of work during the week to get it. Friday night I get a text from Matt saying the car will be ready for me Saturday afternoon but it didn’t end there; he also told me he was buying me a 3 month 4500 mile warranty on my car for free because he felt so bad! For a guy/dealership that could have said “Sorry, you bought the car AS IS” he was really going above and beyond to make things right. I picked my car up today and he even filled up the gas tank for me! It was at 1/4 of a tank when I dropped it off. I also learned from Matt that he also specializes in finding [rare] used cars for people if they have a specific car in mind. I have a 16 yo, 14 yo, and 13 yo still at home and will eventually need more cars. I need all wheel drive vehicles since I live in the snowy mountains on the other side of the valley. I’m definitely coming back to him when the rest of my kids need cars and recommending Matt at All Access Auto to everyone I know. If I could insert photos I would put a pic of his texts here so you can see that I’m not making this all up. I hate doing reviews but Matt deserves a good one.

I received very professional and friendly service at All Access Auto. I am very impressed with the quality of the Corolla I purchased and would 10/10 recommend buying a car from this dealer. If you are looking for a hassle free, no strings attached purchase this is the place to go!

These guys are stereotypical used car salesman. They knowingly sold me a lemon with rolled back mileage. When I was able to prove that they knew this they told me that the return time had passed and it was now my problem. I'm taking a total loss and don't have transportation.
