Avoid this place at all costs you’ll lose way more money + coming to buy a car they’ll treat you like royalty BUT after you buy a car they treat you like an inconvenience for any questions or repairs…
Do not deal with their Morgan location + their manager Porter.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This location has gone so downhill. Especially with their service advisor Porter, after going through this location for 2 years.. going every 5 months for maintenance my engine mysteriously had to be replaced, thankfully I had my warranty, (took them a month and a half) then they needed $700 for a regular battery + install, THEN the day to pick up my car they told me that my A/C was broken within being in their care but didn’t want to fix it unless they could claim it through my insurance but wanted me to pay for the deductible for their fault. I had a loved one pass away which I had to travel out of state for which they told me to not leave the state or else I’d get in trouble..nor give me a different loaner while they repaired my A/C during summer weather. When it came to officially returning my car I made sure that their loaner had a full tank (Jeep gladiator) but they returned mine to not even a quarter of a tank. SO DISAPPOINTED.
*UPDATE* 08/28/24 it is now a month and a half later… and my a/c is broken again but of course due to this review Young Morgan refuse to help fix what they said they had already “repaired”.

We purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Young Jeep in MORGAN Utah. Our salesman, DANNY LaPelley was one of the most pleasant, efficient sales person we have ever experienced in buying a new car. After purchasing the car, his follow up was outstanding. A pleasant experience for us. Young Jeep should be proud of this employee and because of our experience we will be sending our friends and neighbors to DANNY to buy their new cars. Kudos to you DANNY, keep up the good work.
