I cannot exactly describe what a horrible experience this has been. My health insurance forces us to use them. I’m seriously concerned with the amount of errors and time it’s taken to get my prescriptions, they might actually kill someone with the level of incompetence. They sent me double orders, charged me for both, refuse to refund me. They then lied about it and just continuously transfer you. They don’t send orders, cancel orders, do not communicate any of this to you. You are left waiting for something that is never coming. Then they force you to spend hours on the phone with them while you explain to them how to do their job. I’m so over it! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Avoid at all costs! Really hard to get ahold of, extra requirements to get medications, and they are infamous with other pharmacies to the point that they refuse to call to transfer prescriptions from them. We were told “it is easier to have your doctor re-prescribe that medicine than communicate with Express Scripts about it.” Send your prescriptions there only if you don’t actually want the medicine you are ordering.

Avoid using this company, they sent my medication to the wrong address then billed me for the medicine. Phone service offered no means of resolution avoid this company like COVID. 1 out of 10 do not do business with them.
