“I needed a tire rotation on my 2500 Ram diesel. I stopped in and was told the service was 1st come 1st serve. The wait would be about 4 hours. If I came in at 7:30 am the next day, I would have less time. I was 1st at 7:30, but the line got long quickly. Their good ratings are real.”
