AMAZING people here. We are on a road trip and ran into some brake trouble. They helped us confirm the issue , quickly got parts early the next morning and made sure we got on the road as fast and as safe as possible! Very great place. Highly recommend, highly appreciate this place. I hope I don’t have to come back anytime soon, but if I do, only place in town I’ll go to.

Called ahead to see if they had a trailer tire for me the day before I began my 1400 mile drive home. I was told on the phone to be there within the hour and they could mount the tire on the wheel (a 5 minute job with a tire changer). Showed up within the time frame and Dan told me that they close in 2 hours and can’t help me (as a return customer from a few days prior). I purchased the tire and was left to find my own way to change it. Will not recommend.

Staff is not friendly nor are they helpful. Their front door had a sign on it that should have prevented me from even walking in the front door in the first place. "Due to high volumes of work were not taking any more customers for the rest of the day". After reading the sign I thought I'd just simply ask if they could direct me to somewhere else in town. When doing this it was clear that they were "too busy" as both employees at the front counter were staring at their phone screens and acted put out that I had dared interrupt their screen time.To top it all off, their parking lot is not conducive to parking a truck and toy hauler and they gawked and even commented while I was trying to get my rig outta there lot. They were simply jerks and I wouldn't recommend them under any circumstances whatsoever.

We blew a tire on a 3500 we were transporting. These guys got us two new tires and back in the road in a snap. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Moab!

We are from out of town and wanted the car checked out before continuing our trip. Wonderful experience. Fast service. Didn’t make the situation bad just to run up a bill. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going here since the early 2010’s. We’ve brought all of our cars, as well as our kids’ cars here.They’re under new management & their counter person is unprofessional / tinkering on the edge of rude.It’s never a good idea to mock a customer. I will tell everyone who asks in the future, local & tourist alike to Grand Pro Tires, 3 minutes down the road. It’s a little more expensive but at least they’re respectful. #customerservicefail

They were full and not taking any other work for the day when we walked in with a giant hole in the tire of our rental car that we weren’t even sure could be patched. They took a look at it and they did patch it and put it back on our car saving us about 3 hours of driving and half a day lost at Arches National Park to exchange our rental vehicle. They saved the day and my family is very grateful!

We had a bent tire rim and one tire with a bubble in the side wall and bent rim on the inside if it.. They were one of two tire places in moab. They said they couldn’t get a rim any time soon and had been waiting for an order for a week. The front desk person was rude and made me feel belittled. When asked for his opinion on ordering a rim from amazon and if it was the right one. His response was well it would hypothetically work.. They did take a tire off the bent rim and put it on another but it didnt fix my problem. I still had a donut on one and then was told they shouldn’t even let me leave with the way things were. That my remaining tires were old and the car was dangerous. We sat in the waiting room for a couple hours and watched as other customers were asking for help and paying. One customer said his center cap was missing off his wheel. The front desk person was defensive and acted like he didnt know what he was talking about. The customer said it was there when he brought it in.. One of the other workers said he would see if it was in the shop.luckily they did find it. They charged me 59.00 to switch a tire and see if they could fix the bent rim,which i guess was fair. They however could not fix the rim. It was a very stressful day and we were only half way to our destination. My main complaint is the front desk person was not helpful or sympathetic and did not offer to help me find a rim anywhere else. They other tire shop in town did offer me a website of some junk yards however we ended up renting a car to drive to another town to get 2 new rims and tires and returned to get our car.

I can’t begin to tell you how Much I value this shop. We rolled in with 5 kids and an AC not working with an internal temp of 103.5 inside the vehicle after just having our AC fixed a week before from another company, states away.They diagnosed it quickly letting us know we had been scammed. Stayed 1.5 hours LATE! Bought our kids toys!!! Brought the shop dog out to play with, Helped us the best they could. Got our AC working again and charged us such little money. I will forever remember this and be grateful for them.They also wrote us a letter of proof that we had been scammed to send to the bank with two sets of eyes to confirm.This was one of the most honest experiences I’ve ever had.

Our rental car tire blew and so many other issues with the tires. Rental companies really need to check out their tires better! These guys helped us out and hooked us up to get us back on the road safely. So thankful!

My Honda Passport indicated everything electronic was malfunctioning. Matt saved our vacation. After no help from multiple other companies, Matt was able to find the problem and get us back on the road. Being 1500 miles from home, we feel Matt was a lifesaver!!!

(Local) went in for an alignment and this is what they did after they “nailed it”Canyonland Tire is the place to go to. No bad parts they were able to get my alignment straight. No excuse no bs.

They did a great job, ensuring it was done right was important to the team. I'd send my mom there (who is not a car person) as it was the type place that isn't taking advantage of non car folks.

Yikes. Took my car in because it was making an awful knocking sound when I drove. Came early, left a very detailed note about what was going on, dropped my keys in the lockbox. Got a call later that day saying that everything was fine, maybe one of my brake rotors was warped, but that my car was safe to drive and my rotor didn't need to be replaced for another 2000-3000 miles or so.Next time I took it on the highway, my car was vibrating vigorously and making loud, concerning sounds. I didn't feel safe at all and I was in a remote area where a breakdown/crash could have been bad. The whole time I thought about the Point S mechanic who told me that my car was safe to drive.Took it back to Point S, they gave me a dodgy answer about how they don't check for wheel bearings. I took it to another mechanic in town after, who checked the issue out in front of me. In five minutes, he knew what was wrong. Don't waste your time money, or safety here.
