Without a doubt, the nicest, friendliest, most comfortable and clean place I've ever stayed. The location was amazing - right down the street from Arches National Park. If there were more locations like this, they'd be the only place I'd stay anymore!

These would all be 5s if it wasn’t for the fact that my bedding smelt like a man’s body odor. It was strong and made it hard to sleep. 7 min drive from arches national park. Free coffee/tea. No free breakfast. Laundry services available.

Great bed and pillows. Excellent shower. Good TV. We had a room with a full kitchen. Excellent recliner. Front desk people like to not man the desk and put up a sign saying use the phone there in the lobby if you need immediate assistance. But no one answers or comes to the desk! We couldn’t check out because of that. I guess they’ll figure it out. We left the keys in the basket even though it said it was for if you were checked out already. That lack of service will make me choose a different place next time. FYI: it happened TWICE so it wasn’t just a fluke. The first time the lady said she was too cold so she was in the back. Really lousy for a front desk that should have someone there. Or at least a bell you could ring!

I figured being a newer hotel it would have more amenities but this hotel was just average and you pay for everything! There is no free breakfast, no ice machine, no dishes or anything in the suite. There is an ice machine in the suites but ours wasn’t working. There were also common house cockroaches at the pool. Several were floating at the bottom and we had to scoop some up. Yuck. I honestly would probably pay a little more to go across the street.

100 degree and pool closed! Good communication about reservation up to that point but nothing about the pool. It was then supposed to be open the next day so we decided to stay, but alas it was closed again. Ruined the trip for us.

Rooms: Rooms was very clean
Nearby activities: Close to down main street shops and restaurants. Only thing we didn’t like was exiting hotel with the busy traffic was hard to get on the main road to go down main street. But other tha. That great place to stay will stay there agin when in Moab .

We stayed three nights at My Place Moab. Staff were nice. House keeping was on request however we got fresh towels daily. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only drop off one star for cleaning because the shower/ bathtub was getting clogged when we take a shower.
Overall place was pretty good and would return.

We stayed there for a few days while visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks... Both highly recommended, by the way. The My Place is an ideal spot for that. Located just a bit north of Moab it's a short drive to Arches and a bit longer to Canyonlands.
Downtown Moab is also just a few minutes by car with lots of dining options....
The hotel itself is relatively new, so not much to complain about. clean rooms, friendly staff, a nice pool, free parking and free coffee all day long... We enjoyed our time there!
Rooms: The rooms are clean and absolutely ok!
Nearby activities: Arches and Canyonlands are just a few miles away and well worth it. And there is lots more to do and enjoy the outdoors in Moab. Moab itself is a nice little town with a few good dining options. Plus, there is a good craft brewery (Proper Brewing) close to the hotel....
Safety: We felt a 100% safe...

Perfect hotel for sleeping with own kitchen.
The beds are comfortable and I slept a long time there.
But we had some problems because I ordered a package to the hotel. They delivered it to the mailbox of the hotel from ebay. Two of the employee told us that there's no package and they didn't check the mailbox even though I told them it might be there and he didn't even tried to solve the problem and he told us they will deliver it next morning, they didn't. Then there was a third employee next day and his name was Juan a young man.
Juan was the only and best employee who started solving the problem, immediately called to the boss who gave him the keys to the mailbox, he told us to wait and run down the hill to pick up the package from mailbox and guess what. The package was there laying 2 days.
Inside was brand new Samsung S24!
This 5 stars rating belongs to the Juan who saved our package.
Please hotel management give Juan some fee reward for the willingness, helpfulness and kindliness.
Greetings, Karel

Very close to Arches and also still close to Moab. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a family. Full kitchenette—without dishes/utensils. Very convenient.
Rooms: Rooms are large and have all needed necessities for travel or stay around outdoor activities.
Nearby activities: Near Arches National Park and a short dive to Canyonlands Bationsl and Deadhorsepoint State Parks. Very close to Muab for shopping, dining, and rentals. Wasn’t really walkable to anything as it was a little further out, but the coast to the park a d a two minute drive to town. The sidewalk just stops before reaching this hotel.
Walkability: This
