“My Place is a great option for folks looking to not eat out every meal in Moab. We loved the kitchenette! Each room comes with a full size fridge, cook top and sink area. You have to request pots/pans, cutting board, can opener, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. at the front desk, but being able to run to City Market to pick up things for breakfast and lunch/dinner and being able to fix up a quick meal in your room was a big bonus! My Place is also pet-friendly and there a few trails right off the parking lot that were great for a morning/late night stroll with your pup. My Place was also clean, and the front desk folks were super friendly and helpful.Rooms: Rooms were clean and spacious. We loved our in-room kitchenette and full size fridge.”

“I’m not sure if this was done on purpose, but the rooms are kind of like little mini canyons. This place could easily be transformed to apartments with the amount of space they have. The office closes earlier than any other place I’ve stayed, but the after hours check in is no problem. The pictures are kind of dark because it is the winter season and late evening. You will get great sleep here. It’s quiet and all the windows and doors have retractable privacy curtains. This is a perfect spot to stay if visiting Arches National Park. The town of Moab is 95% hotels, but I am completely content to book here again next time I’m in the area.”

“Absolutely breathtaking views all around . The food and service is top notch . And if you just want a place to go to get away from it all this your place . They have paint parties on the weekends and water color journaling and what a place to do that in . I had a great time there . Totally recommend .I'm adding that New Years Eve was the absolute best . The fireworks were outstanding ❤️”

“Came to Moab for my wife’s work. This isn’t our first stay at an Element, so we were looking forward to staying at one again. Check-in went seamless with Jeremy. I’m hearing impaired and appreciate the rooms accommodating the deaf/impaired.The hotel is just out of downtown Moab so you’re not hearing all of the busy hustle and bustle of downtown traffic and the tons of ATV’s and loud Rock Climber vehicles all over.Wonderful view out the front of our room. We were pretty close to the road and my wife said she only heard some of the loudest vehicles. I can often feel the heavy semi’s, but it was minimal. My wife did say at times she could her a loud walker above us.The hotel was clean and still looking new. The room was clean and freshly made. Daily free hot breakfast prepared and served to you by staff from behind a steam line. They’ll pretty much pile it on until you say stop, so if you’re a light eater, let them know. Lots of bread, cereal and drink choices.Gym, pool and very nice lounging area down stairs. We didn’t eat at the hotel for lunch or dinner. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and accommodating of the single request we made, late check out. It’s pretty hard to have a perfect stay at a hotel/motel, but this was definitely a good stay.Nearby activities: The outdoors, hiking, biking and trails are endless. Arches National Park is right up the highway.”

“Just wanted to say thank you to the front desk lady that moved recently from Mexico (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) and Sadik for their wonderful hospitality. We ended up staying two extra nights because of a broken vehicle and they made us feel so welcome and at home. I travel quite often for work and never see staff that friendly. Thank you!”

“I LOVE A Moab House! We have stayed here a few times over the years and always try to stay here when we go to Moab. The downstairs "Casa del Canyon" is great for a couple or small family. The upstairs "Casa del Sol" / renting the whole house is wonderful for friend retreats or larger family trips. The location is GREAT; you are steps away from downtown. The owner, Carol, is AMAZING; she is so kind, accommodating, and helpful! The house is always immaculate, and the backyard space is above and beyond. It is nice to come home for a day of adventure to such an oasis to grill, soak in the hot tub, and have a small fire.We love being able to bring our dogs along! We were provided dog dishes, dog beds, poop bags, and covers the additional cleaning needed once my fur babies leave with the small pet fee.”

“Checked in with a virtual assistant based in another location. Our room was a single queen bed in a very narrow parking space. Room smelled of lots of air freshener and was very outdated—not a big deal considering the price we paid. However, the deadbolt didn’t work on the door which was our biggest red flag. We brought it up to the virtual assistant who then upgraded us to a double queen suite—what a difference in the two rooms! It seemed our suite had just undergone significant renovations and looks like a completely different motel compared to the first room!Breakfast was sausage, eggs, fruit, yogurt, and bread.Very thankful to the staff for handling the deadbolt lock situation.”

“We visited for their NYE dinner and were not staying there. Parking was not good, I had to wait quite a while to be addressed when checking in for reservation. The service was pretty good, there was too much time between courses-we spent a good amount of time waiting. We heard an argument in the kitchen between staff. The cranberry bread and squash soup were incredible. The prime rib was tough and didnt have good flavor. The cheesecake dessert was bland, it was a bulk purchase type of dessert. The atmosphere was very nice, however we were overall disappointed in the meal, especially for what we paid. $250 for 2, includes one drink each. I dont mind paying that for an excellent meal but this was lacking, at least that day.”

“We stay at Holiday Inn often but this one stood out with how nice it was. But the best part was enjoying Nova's breakfast. It was by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! Thank you Nova!”

“Very nice rooms! Spacious, clean, fridge and microwave. Very nice staff, plus I LOVE wood floors in a hotel room. It just makes it feel so much cleaner. Perfect location downtown, close to Arches, and right next to a Mexican restaurant that was also great. We had a wonderful stay!”

“I can't talk on behalf of everyone but my stay was excellent. You can't match the price here. The bed was really comfortable. It is on main Street, just after 4 mins drive you can explore many food options and bars. Arches national Park is also very close to this property. Breakfast is included with some limited options but worth it especially at this price. They have the option to fill water anytime. Also 24*7 facilities for coffee.”
