“Without a doubt, the nicest, friendliest, most comfortable and clean place I've ever stayed. The location was amazing - right down the street from Arches National Park. If there were more locations like this, they'd be the only place I'd stay anymore!”

Mile Post, 14 UT-128, Moab“We didn’t stay here but stopped to take in the scenery. And heard it’s a wonderful place to stay at. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay here.”
“Update: We learned that the source of the illness was something else. We called and spoke with staff about our gluten concerns and they were nothing but helpful and patient. We are in fact so impressed by the gluten free bread that we received (we were so sure it had to be gluten from how good it was) that we will be using this brand in the future! The staff have been helpful and understanding and we do recommend this place.
We had a great experience—comfortable rooms, cheerful, helpful service, and very clean—up until the breakfast. My husband has celiac disease. We saw a sign on the wall that said gluten free bread and cereal upon request. He asked for the bread and received a bag of bread with “gluten free” written on it in Sharpie. He remarked that it was the most fluffy GF bread he’d ever seen. A few hours later, he was violently ill and it was abundantly clear that the bread was not actually gluten free—we examined everything we had eaten recipe and that was the only thing that it could have been. It is inherently dangerous and irresponsible to give someone with a food allergy food that is dangerous for them after assuring them it is safe for them to eat. I’d recommend this hotel if it weren’t for this reckless behavior by the kitchen staff.”
“Came to Moab for my wife’s work. This isn’t our first stay at an Element, so we were looking forward to staying at one again. Check-in went seamless with Jeremy. I’m hearing impaired and appreciate the rooms accommodating the deaf/impaired.The hotel is just out of downtown Moab so you’re not hearing all of the busy hustle and bustle of downtown traffic and the tons of ATV’s and loud Rock Climber vehicles all over.Wonderful view out the front of our room. We were pretty close to the road and my wife said she only heard some of the loudest vehicles. I can often feel the heavy semi’s, but it was minimal. My wife did say at times she could her a loud walker above us.The hotel was clean and still looking new. The room was clean and freshly made. Daily free hot breakfast prepared and served to you by staff from behind a steam line. They’ll pretty much pile it on until you say stop, so if you’re a light eater, let them know. Lots of bread, cereal and drink choices.Gym, pool and very nice lounging area down stairs. We didn’t eat at the hotel for lunch or dinner. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and accommodating of the single request we made, late check out. It’s pretty hard to have a perfect stay at a hotel/motel, but this was definitely a good stay.Nearby activities: The outdoors, hiking, biking and trails are endless. Arches National Park is right up the highway.”

They have a great buffet breakfast that’s included with your stay. They have also been so accommodating for anything we’ve needed when we have stayed. We’ve stayed 3 years in a row. :)”

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was the front desk staff assisting with our every need, the maintenance rep keeping our room efficient, or the restaurant servers offering excellent recommendations with a personal touch, their dedication was remarkable.
The staff at Sorrel River Ranch genuinely care about creating a memorable experience for their guests. They took the time to engage with us, sharing local tips and stories that made our stay even more enriching.
