Under promise and over delivered told us it would be 3 hours. It ended up being two. Furthermore said he wouldn't fix it unless it was absolutely safe which mattered a lot to me since my entire family was in the car. Highly recommend these people for The unfortunate flat tire!

We were visiting from out of town & noticed one of our tires was coming apart while at Canyonlands and definitely didn’t want to drive home without fixing it. We pulled into the parking lot a little after 5 & they were actually closed but got us tires ordered after hours and had them by the next morning. Jeff was super friendly and helpful & explained our options on tires. By 9 the next morning, we had brand new tires on the truck. Thanks so much!!

Grand Tire Pros really live up to their name. Professionals in every sense of the word. I don’t leave reviews, but I was so impressed by the level of care and attention they showed that I just had to. They really saved my trip to Moab when I suffered a blowout in Arches, due to unsafe tires on my rental. They were able to order me new tires and get me back on the road quickly and safely for a very fair price. Honestly, I had such a good experience that I wish other places were like them. Good people doing good work. Absolutely recommend.

I’ve had several flat tire incidents here in Moab and Grand Tire Pro has handled every single one with speed and at low cost. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, truly amazing people.

We had great service, get the tire the day after taking the appointements. Guys was helpfull.Butafter changing the tire, got tire pressure light, the guys tell us that will go away after a couple miles, never got away.Got it check by Ford at the Oil change, look like we got 2 pressure sensor missing (200$+ to replace).Don’t know if they forget to put it back with the new tire or they was intentionaly stolen.

I needed a tire rotation on my 2500 Ram diesel. I stopped in and was told the service was 1st come 1st serve. The wait would be about 4 hours. If I came in at 7:30 am the next day, I would have less time. I was 1st at 7:30, but the line got long quickly. Their good ratings are real.

As a Moab local, this is my go-to tire shop. They’ve fixed several flats for me quickly when they are very backed up with bigger jobs. The manager or owner (?) told me he tries to do one nice thing for a customer every day! I felt lucky it was me who benefited from that positive attitude when I got my flat recently. Thanks for being honest, fair with your pricing and always having a great attitude when I go in.

We were visiting the National Parks and staying in Moab (from St Louis) and our rental car’s tire pressure light was going on and off and normally I wouldn’t worry too much but there was no spare in the trunk. It was in the middle of the day when we stopped to see if they could take a quick look. They were swamped so I figured we would have to wait in line and waste most of the day, but they immediately told us to come around to the garage area and Cody came out, checked all our tire’s air pressure and filled them up. This took us no more than 5 minutes and they didn’t charge us. Amazing customer service!!! We went the rest of the trip with no issues and nothing weighing on on our minds concerning the tires. Thank you so much!!!!

Had a car issue that, because they mostly operate as a tire shop, was a little out of their wheel -house (pun intended, thank you) but the customer service I received was outstanding. Thank you to Anthony and the team who did their best to help me out regardless, and point me in the right direction.

Solid service. Be prepared to be early or wait a few hours/ dropping your vehicle off if needed. Fixed a screw in my tire quickly and at a reasonable fee.

While on vacation August 2023 I ran over a bungee cord hook about 15 miles north of Moab Utah and punctured my tire. My husband charged the spare and we limped back to Moab. We stopped at Grand Tire Pros one hour before closing. PJ looked at the tire told us not to worry. The tire was repaired, replaced on our car and our spare was stored in it’s proper place and our luggage was reloaded in less than an hour and he was super busy with other customers. Now for the amazing part!! He only charged us 28.00. We are from Kentucky and he could have really slammed us but he didn’t. I’m sure that is probably what he charges his local customers. Thank you PJ and all your employees for such wonderful and compassionate service. You guys certainly live up to your name “Grand Tire Pros”
