They made it super easy to fill out the contract remotely and it took very little time to get checked out on the vehicle so we could be on our way. “We had a problem with our car rented from another Alamo. We have been on site in Moab asking questions about what to do. The ladies at reception were very kind and very helpful. They helped us resolve the problem (they gave us addresses of partner garages) unlike the online help (the general telephone support service was deplorable). So a big thank you to these two ladies for their precious help!”
“Hours reflected show for the Airport and due to flight changes the hours for the airport have changed. The airport location now closes at 5:30pm on Sunday and Thursday. Downtown location is open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.”

“If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! These folks were great to do business with. My wife and I had never gone off road adventuring , so we needed some education. They provided us a nice guidebook to take along, and after we we mentioned the direction, difficulty, and length of adventure we wanted, they walked us through a perfect route. I unfortunately have allergies to cats and dogs. After my wife mentioned it in conversation, they switched the vehicle they had ready for us for another, because they believed there had been a pup riding in it recently. How great is that!! The rig they provided for us was a beast! It was brand new, clean, and very capable. It carried us confidently all day, and we had a great time. So, thanks again to the fellas at Jenn's for being so professional and accommodating to a couple of travelers in search of adventure. So, if you are visiting Moab and looking to go off roading, give Jenn's your business. You will not regret it.”
