When we tried leaving our car wouldn't start. We had accidentally left on some things in the car and the battery died. The guy running this store came out and looked at us, with my family of 5 small kids in the car, and said he couldn't help us and went back in the store. He had no customers inside. His black car was right there and could have easily pulled it over and jumped us.I can't imagine being in that situation where a family needed help and turning your back. The guy running this store lacks any type of compassion or Utah values. Fortunately a house nearby had someone who was happy to jump us.

Barbie is PHENOMENALShe gives the best customer service.She even told us where to buy the trail stickers for our husbands.We came back in to shop & purchases, 3 TIMES!Now to haul it all back home to Fresno, California

Average place to buy souvenirs the very friendly women working there told me one price and charged me another. I was in a rush and did not check my receipt till later. So just be aware. Parking is good hardly any wait but overpriced.

This was the best shop on main. So many original items to choose from. Great prices. Found a few little gems from my childhood.the service was just as friendly as could be.

Great prices for quality gifts! The woman working there was really cool- very smart woman who knows a lot about the history of Moab.

Lady at the counter was rude and judgmental. Wife and I were nearly ready to pay for 2 shirts but were still checking out some items. She asks “ are you just looking ...?” That’s pretty rude if you ask me. All one needs to do is ask “ hi, you all need help?” Anything else is unnecessary. If anything, just say “ hello” and shut up. There are too many stores in this town for us to be asked if we are merely “browsers”. We left the shirts on her counter and walked out after thanking her (for nothing).
