A few years ago my DSLR camera had a major issue that I couldn't fix. This was the start of my trip and I thought my entire trip was going to have no good pictures. This shop and the owner saved my entire trip. He fixed my camera in 30 minutes. He recommended I buy one or two things for my camera to improve my picture quality, which they did and I'm glad I bought them. He owns a shop and he sells things, so of course he's going to recommend things to you. Between the cost of living in this kind of location, it being a major tourism location, and the location being in the middle of no where the prices will be higher. Go to any major retail store in person and the prices will be higher than Amazon. I am glad I stopped here and would recommend anyone that has a camera issue to give it a try.

The owner, Jerry, was wonderful. He came in on his closed hours, during the off season, to sell me a battery charger for our Nikon we had forgotten in Washington. He was so nice and he saved our vacation!

Taking advantage of people, especially women. This guy is horrible and should be put out of business. He’s super nice when he’s trying to get you to buy something, but buyer beware. If it doesn’t work, even though he said it would, he won’t tell you up front that there are no returns, and he won’t take it back. He’ll simply sit there with a smug look on his face and point at a small sign behind him in barely 12 pt font and tell you it’s YOUR fault for not reading the sign. What’s more, he’ll sell you a floor model for double the price and conveniently not tell you that’s it’s a floor model until after he rings you up. Now I’m stuck with a $300 tripod that’s scratched, doesn’t work with my camera, and that I could have gotten directly from the manufacturer for $120. The last one is my fault - I should have done my research.Make no mistake this man is here to swindle you - and I’m pretty sure he gets off on it.Also, if you try to press the refund, he’ll call 911. So there’s that. Although in our case getting the cops involved helped. Because this should be illegal and they know it. Best just to steer clear altogether.DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Complete scam artist! Beware!!!This guy targets single women and prices everything in his shop at 300% markup. Even though his return policy clearly states he will exchange, he refused and called 911. I hadn't even cursed or raised my voice.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Pro: local store in town for any last minute electronics needs while adventuring in Moab.Con: being sold generic cords from Amazon (still has Amazon sticker on box) for 500% mark up.

If you are looking for a camera in Moab, this is a good place to check out - the team is very nice and professional.

Don’t get the negative reviews here. It is a camera shop selling things you need at the moment in a place with obnoxiously high rent costs and a lot of seasonality. I needed a small tripod and he had a good one for under $50. Could I have saved some money by having the foresight to buy before my trip? Possibly so! But I was happy to have the opportunity to buy and not miss a family photo.

Overpriced for knock of brands. 42 dollars for a knock-off sd card. 35 for a generic camera strap. Look at other stores for better pricing. Walker Drug has way better prices for sd cards about 16 -17 dollars for the same size card, and the shop on the right has decorated straps, compatible with cameras for a more reasonable price i think it was 18 dollars. Both were 50% off and both next door to this shop. Overpriced, I'd look elsewhere as we did and saved about 50 dollars by shopping elsewhere.

He had a battery charger that I have been looking for which the big box stores did not. He has just about everything you need

I had problems with dust on my sensor which I had made worse by trying to clean it myself. The owner was very friendly and cleaned it with his dust remover as good as it was possible. Even though there is still something there, he saved the photographic part of my vacation! Very thankful!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE they have overpriced products. I bought a tripod at this place that costs about $70 on amazon but they sell it to me for $195. Worst part is they don't take any returns because they obviously know they are ripping off people.

Unless you want to pay a phenomenal (and I mean astronomical) markup on camera gear including memory cards you may want to pass this place by. The owner was a bit of a j*** as well.

Is this place even still open? I stopped by during what should've been their operating hours, and they were closed. The Radio Shack branding on the store makes me doubt they're still in business. Please correct me if I'm wrong and I'll edit my review accordingly.
