Checked in with a virtual assistant based in another location. Our room was a single queen bed in a very narrow parking space. Room smelled of lots of air freshener and was very outdated—not a big deal considering the price we paid. However, the deadbolt didn’t work on the door which was our biggest red flag. We brought it up to the virtual assistant who then upgraded us to a double queen suite—what a difference in the two rooms! It seemed our suite had just undergone significant renovations and looks like a completely different motel compared to the first room!Breakfast was sausage, eggs, fruit, yogurt, and bread.Very thankful to the staff for handling the deadbolt lock situation.

The rooms were small but comfortable, including a fridge, microwave and room service, which great. There was a good variety of breakfast at the hotel. The check-in was unique since there was no actual person at the reception but a video. Therefor the overall service wad okay...The locations is good to get to Arches National Park and walk through moab.

Beautiful area, just 5 minutes away from the Arches National Park. There's a cool rock shop and a really good medicinal shop near Adventure Inn. Stayed here for a week and had a great experience staying here. The rooms are clean and cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the pillows didn't give me headaches in the morning. The breakfast was good, good price per night, friendly staff and enjoyed talking to the lady at the front desk in the morning, and I would like to stay here again when I travel next time to Moab. Highly recommended

Great little motel, the check in kiosk was weird, but the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Great price too. Walking distance to a very cool rock shop in Moab that is owned by the man who discovered the Utah Raptor. There are lots of cool things to do in Moab and it's a small enough town that everything is close.

Very pleased with our stay! We stayed one night at Adventure inn Moab in the low season, but the room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but still appreciated for the price. The staff was nice ! Would stay there

Incredible location, very friendly staff and clean rooms honestly for the price it sounds great. I love this place and whenever I come to Moab with my partner or friends I recommend it, good prices, good service and the best thing is its location within walking distance of the center and bars. Very happy to come here every season.

Oh man what a little find. Inexpensive room, but not cheap. Often times with rooms that are cheap like this, they slack on basic things like the floor being level, hot water, trim being in good condition, etc. Not this place! Everything was very pleasant in the room. Instant hot water. Good quality trim and fixtures. Normally those room central air units are too small to properly control the temp of the room. These rooms are perfectly sized for them. I turned the heat on for 5 mins while I used the bathroom and it was plenty warm when I walked out, and its below freezing outside! The kiosk was definitely unfamiliar but certainly useable. This can't be beat for the price.Rooms: Neat, cozy, well thought out, good quality fixtures, instant hot water, close parking.

The room was small but okay for us. The virtual check-in kiosk was the first of a kind we saw. Parking was a bit tight and angled. The room scent was too strong to the point it was nauseating. Secondly, the floor on the first look seemed neat but it wasn’t mopped for days and months.. We had to wash off the black dirt sticking to our foot before hopping on the bed. Also the floor was sticky. I wish they could do better at housekeeping.

At the recession we were able to check in with a PERSON who was super friendly. Rooms are clean and ok for the price compared to other offers in the region. Good breakfast included in the price!

Retro old motel look from the road, but interior was updated, my own issue was door lock. You have to close door hard to make sure it is locked.

Check-in was slow and complicated by a computer terminal displaying a young lady in the Philippines, and a maid who did not speak English at all. My husband is hearing impaired and could not have managed at all if I hadn't been there. When I see a Golden Om and Ganesh I anticipate I'll encounter a friendly efficient person associated with Bharat (India). As we did in our two subsequent bookings. Thanks for the heads-up about this deplorable trend in hospitality. We prefer an old fashioned human exchange and we'll be looking for it in future.Rooms: Standard clean and comfortable. Better blackout/noise curtains needed.

Super cute boutique hotel right in downtown Moab, the rooms are done nicely for the price, cleaned daily (which most non-luxury hotels have stopped doing), and the staff are beyond helpful- they held several critical packages for me for over a week while I was on a cross country trip. Also - the complementary breakfast is something to note. Well cooked eggs, sausage, pastries etc.We were so comfortable here we ended up staying an extra night.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Advertise queen beds however they have none. When confronted with this they only state "yeah we've meant to change that" Small full size bed and black mold in the shower. Offered to stay at their other property The Virginian which looks worse than this place!
