“I needed a bit of coolant for my truck. I was barely low enough to set the low coolant light off in the mornings and they topped me off and helped me out for no charge. I really enjoy working with businesses that have no problem when helping someone out within reason. I need to service my truck soon and will stop here to get all my supplies for it.

“They are an honest straight forward shop. Tell you what needs worked on and send you with the list to do yourself or come back for them to do it when you can. “Daughter’s engine light went on traveling to USU for her freshman year. Every Fathers nightmare!!! VW place in Logan said they could get her an apt in 2 weeks with 200$ diagnostic fee. We drove to Steve’s because Marriot hotel clerk Jackie suggested it. They took us right in. They called us 2 hrs later and said light was minor concern with diesel filter. 40$ charge!!! These guys are the bomb. The told my daughter to call anytime. They told me they would watch out for her. Every father’s prayer!!! So rare to find a repair place that was honest, clean waiting area and they don’t talk down to women! I will travel to bring my cars here. Thank you!!!”
“Extremely helpful, gave me a better cost of repairs than other auto shops around, had my car fixed up and good to go in half the time they originally said, and did the repairs better than any other work I've had on my cars.
As a woman it's hard for me to trust mechanics because I have been swindled in the past. But M & M Auto Care took the time to explain everything, showed me things I needed to look out for, told me what was urgent to fix and what could wait for another day.. They even recommended I wait on a certain repair to see how my suv ran after the other repairs they did because it might not last long enough for the repair to be worth it. They could have easily told me it was urgent but instead they were honest with me. I trust them and I will be taking my vehicles there exclusively from now on.”

My only concern (4-stars rating) is the inability to schedule via my iPhone?!? After a few attempts online via iPhone, ended up having to schedule my appointment the old fashion way.

He did his job well and we sealed a deal on a new car. There was one unresolved issue however. The second key fob was missing and after five days we have not heard any more about it. “Called dons yesterday just to get a quote to tow my truck and it was the cheapest and best service i found they didn’t care how tall or big it was they got the job done unlike everywhere else where they added another 300-400 dollars onto the bill just because the lift and tires I will forever be greatfull for their amazing team and dons is the only place I’m callin from now on when I have an issue they are amazing!”
