These guys are great. High class customer service and very fast even same day Tuxedo rentals. Just incase you need one. LOL. The ladies who work here are truly amazing and very knowledgeable.

Natalie at this location was nothing but great to work with! She was so patient with us and made great suggestions. She made the whole shopping experience so much easier than we anticipated. Not to mention the prices are reasonable and they have a great variety to choose from.

2 stars because staff was cool and they let me turn the rental in a day later, though hours of operation are rough.The shirt did not fit at all. It was supposed to be a slim fit, even the shirt they had me try on at the beginning to measure fit much better.All suits where supposed to be slim, all suits were mismatching, shirts were different brands and some vests had a belt, some did not.My shirt was humongous, extremely long, long sleeves and extremely wide. I had to buy my own shirt that fit much better and it wasn't even tailored.When I returned it I told them everything but the shirt fit well and I had to buy my own because it was too long, crooked and too wide. They said "Yea it might be wide, but the sleeves or shorter." Then I showed them the picture of the extremely long sleeves and the fit and the response was "Yea, it's because it is not slim." But then what is the point of paying $250 dollars for a tailored fit that fits terribly and was supposed to be a slim fit for everyone. Pictures for reference.

It takes a lot to impress me, because I feel that businesses should just treat others like they want to be treated. Unfortunately, that is not always the case.I'm taking this opportunity to highly recommend Tuxedo Junction, the owner and Staff.They treated me like family, made professional suggestions and made sure that I looked my best for my wedding last month. Mr. Shirt , the owner, and Natalie were amazing, and they were true professions in every sense. The quality and selection was better than anything else I had seen! I highly recommend if you want a first class experience, look no further than here!Thank you all so much!!

Amazing customer service! They were able to accommodate me last minute for a same day request. They had exactly what I wanted (amazing selection) and were even able to do some minor alterations then and there! Price was great, amazing selection and very welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend!

Absolute joke. Made my younger brother in 9th grade very upset. Could of been a customer and his friends. Him and I walk in, older consultant at catalog with guest. Younger kid at register with guest. We're looking around, kid comes up asking what brings us in? Just looking. He asked again. Just looking. "What do you mean, you can't be just looking, there MUST be an event!?" Um just looking, used to work at one in New York before Covid." He then points to suit jackets and ask very aggressively"what are those!?" Ummm what? He repeats it. Then said" these are for sale." THOSE over there are rentals." I turn and lead my brother very quickly out of the store. Had to calm in down in the car and explain that sometimes people don't know how to do their job. What kind of question is what are those? Um Suit jackets..you want the lapel peak, notch, shawl or color or catalog number for the system.. Mind you I worked in 2019, so yes you can sell a suit for around $200. You can also sell a "rental" suit or tux for $600 plus. Mind you it's a very low salary plus commission so we pay them their salary. SMH. I advice you take a nice drive to Buffalo and go to Walden Galleria, the Regional Manager, Matthew Yee, 15 years in business. Or head up to Niagara falls and see Nancy, she's been with the company for decades. Or John at the Boulevard in Amherst. Not this wackadoo. O you can tell Joe T. The owner I said hi and his company is still sexist joke. ? God bless.

Took my son here to get fitted for his prom. Service was great, the suit was ready on time, and the staff was courteous and professional.

Needed a classy Tux in short time and Natalie came thru! I decided to dress up last min for a wedding. Showed up very late and Natalie sized me up and helped me get everything I needed to to look sharp at my sisters wedding. Will be back for future events, thanks again Natalie.

Tuxedo junction was great to work with. They were literally the only place in town that had a tux to rent on short notice. I've rented from them before, and will definitely come back in the future.

Dee and Natalie are AWESOME! We set up an appointment to have 9 of us fitted for the suits for my son's wedding, I could not be more impressed! They took time with each of us, and made sure we had the perfect measurements. We are very excited for the wedding and Dee and Natalie helped us have fun and exciting suit experience with the guys.Thank you!
