“My husband and I used King Tote for our move within Utah and it was the best decision we made. It was super affordable and we didn’t have to scour the world for cardboard boxes.King Tote dropped the totes off exactly within the window we requested and picked them up on time at our new place as well. The convenience of it was one of the best parts.The boxes stack perfectly which helped us keep our moving truck organized. They also came with more than enough labels for the totes. Since the totes are plastic, we didn’t have to worry about water leaking through the bottoms of the boxes or anything like that.Our only complaint was that when the totes were heavy, the thin handles were pretty painful to hold onto while you carried them. It wasn’t an issue for lighter totes but it was for heavy ones. We wished the totes had some kind of thicker, smooth handle or pad to help make the carrying easier.I would absolutely use King Tote again! 10/10 experience.”

When I started getting quotes online with other companies, I quickly noticed that most were a scam. When I talked to Mayflower and their partner, Arrow Moving, I could tell right away, this was a trustworthy company and people. Their entire process from start to finish was clear, professional, efficient, excellent communication, great pricing and very easy to work with. Their driver Tommy was a pleasure and he was meticulous in how he packed everything and set up upon delivery. Barb was amazing with her attention to detail and communication, making sure all was going well throughout the process. “I have used RMM for local moves a number of times during the last 10 years and we have yet to be disappointed. I recently had a difficult move that was complicated by the fact the my spouse was being obstructionist and prevented the movers from accessing my belongings. Despite this issue, Dustin, Terren, and Levi were very professional and supportive and helped me move the items that were accessible and continue with the move process while I handled sorting out the domestic issues. I strongly recommend RMM and am planning on hiring them again when I am able to access the remainder of my property.”

They were able to get us out of that location and still honored the discount at this location, even though they weren't offering it. When we no longer needed our unit we were able to cancel easily.I've had some bad experiences with storage units in the past, and was surprised by my experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and secure, and the pricing is fair without price hikes or hidden fees.”

And when I dropped off the truck and was waiting on my ride, Angie got me a cold bottle of water and some candy. She really takes care of you and makes you feel like a valued customer ?? “I first had a storage at CUBESMART which I will NEVER go to again. Then I rented from Towne Storage in Woods Cross, Utah from the Assistant Manager WHO WAS GREAT. I found Towne Storage to be SAFE, HONEST AND FAIR PRICED. When I left there it was on happy terms so when I needed another storage of course I went to Towne Storage again in West Jordan on Copper Hills Rd. Luke is the manager there and first I started with a small storage and now have a large storage and it is the only place I will ever go to now! “Very easy to get in and out. all my items were safe and well maintained throughout the cold and hot extreme temp's. In a nice clean welcoming facility. They have rollers carts to help you. Plus many other services I didn't need. My only sadness was that I didn't understand their move out policy and paid for a full month I didn't use at the end.”
