I was told I didn't have lights on the front end when they worked on my vehicle. This is a photo from February 16, 2024 and the same lights working at the time of this photo, work now. So why all the bulb replacement(s)? I was told to replace the rear bulbs I had replaced, but still, no back up lights.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Amber is fraudulent and asked for money beforehand and tried charging over 4k just to leave a hammer in the car!!! unbelievable. Bad business.

Absolutely terrible place, encounter started with the dog jumping on me and ruining my shirt. I had a problem with my passenger side speaker randomly cutting out, the guy started to disassemble door trim with metal pry bar (hello rust), he then proceeded to break all clips when getting speaker out, now speaker rattles in the door. He offered to drive screw through my door to fix it (hello rust, again). After seeing how they work my only thought was how to get out of there with as little damage to my car as possible.

I gotta say that these guys are awesome it was a very difficult task that I was dealing with in looking for a single dinn dash kit I needed for my vehicle and let me say surprisingly almost around the salt lake valley didn’t have what I specifically needed but these guys did. And the reason why I’m writing this review is because he went out of his way to make sure I was getting the right part like sending me a picture of the part because I was taking a trip there that was at least 1 hour drive and todays weather was very horrible. Snow and rain, and just them having the understanding on the issues that were laid out, they made it very easy and non difficult and also very good customer service for me to make my decision. Thank you very much! Now I’m able install my stereo that I’ve been wanting to do for awhile. Very happy customer.

I recently had my Ford Taurus hooked up here at KS Audio and I definitely recommend this place. Kim the owner was honest with me and the price is worth it. I had a problem with my subs like 3x and he looked into it every time to make sure what the problem was and fixed it! I'm more than happy with the results and how my car sound like. Def 5 ⭐. Def recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about the entire team at KS Audio. They set me up with an amazing new sound system for my Chevy Blazer and they definitely went above and beyond expectations. I also had them set me up with a remote start alarm system, which will be a huge upgrade for my older vehicle and will definitely make my life much easier. They have awesome pricing, and I just can’t say enough good things about Kim and Amber and the service they provide. I will definitely be coming back here again when I need anything like this again in the future. Kim did great work in a timely manner, all while being affordable. He also got me in the next day. After dealing with flakey people and businesses trying to get a double din head unit and backup camera installed, doing business here was a smooth process.
